Rude Rip off run off Absolutely awful was tempted to go home early every day from the start everything about the place bar the reception all corridors had no cameras so glad I’m back home the only thing they did have was too many rules. Perfect if your over 70 or not English. They definitely don’t like English people feel like I need another holiday already and only just got back. Having to pay 2 euro for a little bottle of water so that we could get ice coz you can’t get ice without ordering anything Would not recommend . Although tbh it’s not their fault all Spanish seem to be that way out against English put off going Spain altogether it’s different when they are taking your money though.

I was sceptical about going here because of the bad reviews but I'm so glad I did. Staff are so nice and helpful, hotel is so clean. Rooms are not like people say,there is plenty of room. Pool is lovely, so is the bar. Only downside was that the balcony door was coming out, but all you had to do was pull it to the side with both hands. Beach 3 minute walk away with shops nearby. About 20 minute walk to lloret. Will definitely be staying here again

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the best part of it is the outside areas. Stayed recently and If I could have left earlier I would. Arrived to discover the only food available was at buffet breakfast and dinner in the night. Why advertise food been available during day when it's not. Had to go some where else everyday to eat which is not acceptable. If you hope to have a relaxing stay here you may forget about it. Beds were hard and as soon as you moved on them the creaking would wake the dead.In this day and age it's not acceptable for fire alarm to be goin off every morning around 6 and on the Thursday morning it went off 3 times. Not one explanation or apology from the hotel which quite frankly shows exactly what they think of their customers. The room was small and had no tea or coffee facilities which is very disappointing for a so called 3 star hotel. The bathroom was a disgrace and a health hazard. I think it was only suitable for a dwarf. Toilet was positioned behind the door where you had to literally squat down and then hope nobody opened the door and knocked you at as their was no lock. The bath is a liability and sooner or later there is goin to be a claim. It was very small n low and when you stepped into it, it felt like you were goin to go through it. It was also very slippy and no math or grab rail for safety. The shower over the bath was covered in rust and the water sprayed right out onto the bottom of the door hence white it was starting to disintegrate at the bottom. Tiles were disgusting and very shabby looking.Looked like they were from the 90s. If you are goin to replace tiles do it right and make sure they all look the same and grout them all. Overall bathroom is not fit for purpose or acceptable in this day and age. When I thought things couldn't get any worse I discovered that evening I had left my brand new hoody in the room on morning of checkout. At first I thought I had left it with luggage in room beside reception but after searching few times for it remembered I left it in room. Girl from reception came into room to see what I was doin and explained to her the situation. I asked her to contact cleaners and surprise surprise there was no hoody found in the room. I knew well they were goin to say nothing was found in the room so it wasn't a surprise to be honest. Over all was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had and would not stay there again if I got it for free.

Visited at the end of September for 4 nights solo. Arrived early (10.00am) and although too early to check in the hotel have an area for luggage storage and an area to shower/change. Headed to the beach for the day and on my return given room key to a room on floor 7 with a lovely terrace. Room was small, but perfectly fine for up to 2 people. Clean and comfortable. It is true that the walls are thin and so best to pack some ear plugs. One small annoyance was that the fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night at least 6 times in a 4 night stay. (Every night at least once). That really isn’t acceptable and is obviously an issue. When it does sound you hear all the fire doors close shut in the hallway. I stayed B&B. Breakfast was great with a good choice. The omelette station cooked to order was excellent and the chef very friendly. The location is great! Away from the lively Lloret centre, but within walking distance. Easy access to the restaurants along Fenals sea front and the beach itself. All staff at the hotel were friendly and polite. Would I return. Yes. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Rooms not cleaned properly towels thrown on the bed but the bed never made and when it was made they never changed the sheets and when complained nothing changed.staff not very helpful or welcoming.the walls were paper thin ended up with neighbours who just partied all the time complained about that nothing happened like I said earlier the staff aren't really interested.the hotel itself was OK near the beach and shops near restaurants it is a good location.the food was OK not much variety but tastes ok.i understand it is a party place but maybe allocate the rooms to who's coming ie don't put couples with children or older couples next to a room of 20 something lads all in all not the worst place in the world but we won't be back

We stayed here for 10 days during August. I have to say that the biiggest problem of this hotel are very small rooms with thiny walls. It is not possible to get any rest during night or day because you will hear everything the neighbougs are saying or doing. The hotel is full of young people playing very loud music, partying all night, especially early in the morning after returning from clubs. Despite the fact that hotel staff was very friendly, they obviously could not control young guests and their overall behaviour in the hotel. Food is good, the beach is ok, althought is not nice for swimming as there are plenty of jelly fishs in water....
