Stayed here with my 12 year daughter and I can’t explain how disappointing this place was. The food was terrible and despite going for all inclusive we ended up eating away from the hotel daily because the food at the hotel was simply disgusting. Bar staff are miserable the drinks are average entertainment was poor, rooms are clean and average. Staff at reception are hit and miss. Weekdays seem very different to weekends in the sense it’s like a youth hostel on weekends. I would never return to this hotel even if I was paid to stay here

Staying here for two weeks has beebeen a mistakethe bar staff are hit and miss, one time the Ukrainan girl straight up refused to and a stupid lemon slice into my drink, the food is inedible and disgusting. The pool is disappointing, the rooms are okayish.

Came with my partner as a surprise for his 40th, rooms ok, basic but dated, food was stone cold at every service, and not very nice at all. all inclusive bar is a nightmare you have to faff about with handing room cards in every time and take your glass up to be refilled. pool bar only has soft drinks and beer, and only certain times. We ended up eating and drinking out most of the time Daytime entertainment was 2 staff prancing about to Spanish music. Evening entertainment shocking, aimed at 90 yr old Spanish people. Bar area dead with no atmosphere at all, bar the odd European couple having a waltz. Manners are clearly not a thing here either. hotel was like a hostel for large groups of Spanish and French school kids, met the odd British couple, staff were ok, not over friendly but did the job. If it’s a fun lively atmosphere you want this is definitely not the hotel for you, I’m glad our 15yr old wasn’t with us she would have been bored stiff Overall for what I paid I’m majorly disappointed and embarrassed that I brought the other half here, I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in Spain over the last 35 years and this is by far the worst. 100000% not recommended!

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel from the 4th-11th of september 2024, we went all inclusive and i’d say you honestly pay for what you get! We booked through love holidays, got flights, transfers and the hotel package for £460pp so not bad at all. The hotel is big and has a variety of different hot and cold foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Buffet style and has loads of choice :) For drinks you just have to give in your drinks card then take your glass back up to the bar to get another one, honestly makes sense to me! Hotel staff are friendly and are honestly so hard working coming from someone who also works in hospitality, room cleaning is daily, smooth check in and out, about 10 minute walk to a few beaches and all of the shops and city centre, amazing nightlife with lots of clubs and bars, honestly it’s a good cheap holiday in my opinion. Air con worked, shower was basic, beds were comfy, free wifi, friendly staff. As two 18 year old girls who just wanted a break with good nightlife we definitely recommend this hotel, i’ve read loads of reviews about this hotel and i think it just depends what you’re looking for. It’s busy, drinks are averagely priced in clubs, loads of daytime activities in Lloret aswell! I hope this helps make your mind up if you’re looking at staying here, i’d 100% stay again :)

I would not visit here again. We did all inclusive and this was not great. Overall, the hotel is in poor/tired and dated condition in alot of areas. The reception area was tidy and staff upon late arrival was okay. The hotel is very noisy with people screaming, shouting, banging and running up and down the corridors. The street outside was also very noisy all hours and the hotel next door to the pool had guests shouting from their balconies. Room: We was on floor 3, facing the street. The room was large and had 4 beds, a side unit, wardrobes and shelves. The room was very tired, the floor laminate was coming up in places and was dusty under the beds. The walls were dirty. The bathroom shower was extremely rusty which left our sponge stained. The limescale was blocking the shower head and the mirror was broken and rusting around the edges. There was no mirror in the bedroom itself. We had towels which we were informed could not be taken out of the room/ taken to the pool and there was no towels at the pool area. The balcony had 2 plastic chairs. The corridor to the lift/stairs was poor, there was dirt on the floors which is not hoovered or cleaned. Pool area: The pool was okay itself, it opened aylt 10am and the area around the pool is not tidied daily, the sun beds are fine and you just find one and move it to where you want it. There is grass around the pool area, which made muddy feet. There is a bar at the pool which opens at 10:30am and serves soft drinks and beer only for AI guests or you can buy other drinks, all served in plastic cups. There was a small section of bread/pastry/hams for you to self serve. Ice cream was hit an miss if it was available/being served. Out of 5 days we only got one, once, as was told by different servers that it wasn't open or not being served at this time. Main bar: We stayed all inclusive (AI) so drinks included. The main bar area has one small section to the left side for AI guest only and the drink options were average local choices. I had Vodka sprite most drinks and I'm convinced there was no actual alcohol in the drinks or very little/watered down. The cocktails are served from a ready made machine which broke down so none was available. On day 1 , I asked for 2 cocktails without alcohol for my children but watched the server put alcohol in them 🙄. Most of the servers seem to not want to be there and it seems AI guests are an inconvenience, at the bar, you would have to wait for them to serve paying guests, they would often walk off leaving you waiting for a long time. At reception your given white card to give to the server in exchange for a drink, you only get one and you can't get another drink until you take your glass back, and at the end of the day you give your glass back in exchange for another card. It seemed like this was done to stop staff having to clear glasses/tables. I wanted a cocktail and a soda but wasn't allowed both at the same time. There is an outside bar in the entertainment sec

If u want bad entertainment it's worth it unbelievable. The hotel is run down and dirty .the food is not up to standard basically terrible. Would not book there again and staff treat all inclusive people very bad .ignoring them and paying customers come first .don't book it's bad
