Lovely hotel. Staff are all so nice and helpful. Very clean, maids go above and beyond. Room left so fresh and clean everyday. Clean towels everyday. Reception staff really helpful, our transfere was not on the notice board, I tried calling no joy, spoke in Spanish then English but I really couldn't make out what they said. The girl on reception was on it straight away and got all sorted. Very approachable staff in all departments. Food was good to, as one of my friends is so so picky.You will not go hungry, good variety. Heard people complain..... Come on, you wouldn't be having 2 meats and fish at home as well as salad and soup. Plus there is a snack bar with crisps and icecream, burger and hotdog and sandwiches, nuts etc. The drink was spot on to. Would definately go back. Only complaints are no music around the pool area, no one comes out to tell you abt bingo etc at pool area and the toilets, having to go down stairs. I still had an amazing holiday at Villa Garbi Park with my 2 friends and will defo go back.

das hotel liegt zentral. der hoteleingang eher unauffällig. sehr zuvorkommende reception und schickes hotel. die hotelhalle/bar wirkt aber etwas zu hell und kalt.das frühstück und die mitarbeiter sind sehr gut,und freundlich. ich fand den spa bereich sehr schön,und auch den pool am eingang,der alternativ schön schattig ist.die roofbar ist auch top. ich hatte ein kleines zimmer.leider wurde es nicht regelmässig gereinigt...

Sehr nette Begrüßung, das Personal insgesamt ist sehr freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert. Wir haben unser Zimmer in der gewünschten Lage (oberste Etage, möglichst weit entfernt vom Fahrstuhl) erhalten. Das Hotel insgesamt ist total sauber, gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Ambiente ist ansprechend und einfach zum wohlfühlen. Reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück vom Buffet, Eierspeisen nach Wunsch, alles schön fürs Auge und appetitlich angerichtet. Wir hatten keine Halbpension gebucht, waren einmal zum Dinner. Auch das war wirklich lecker bei einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder auswählen - insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung und gute Wahl. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Partymeile, davon bekommt innen relativ wenig mit. Auch im Zimmer in der obersten Etage (6.) konnten wir gut und entspannt schlafen.

Das Pool am Dach ist nett und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft. Leider hatten wir ziemlich Pech mit unserem Zimmer. Aus der Umgebung hörte man extrem die Partymusik, die Fenster waren alles andere als schalldicht. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer auch noch sehr hellhörig und man konnte die Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern, den Fernsehlärm und vor allem das Sessel-Rücken sehr gut hören. Besonders hinderlich am Schlafen waren die Betrunkenen, die um 3 in der Früh an Türen traten und klopften. Als besonders störend empfanden wir den Geruch, der plötzlich in der Nacht aus dem Abfluss kam. Trotz verschließen der Badezimmertür, war er sehr präsent. Wir hatten zuerst überlegt, eventuell eine Nacht zu verlängern. Nach der schlaflosen Nacht, waren wir froh, Lloret de Mar zu verlassen. Als wir an der Rezeption von den Geschehnissen erzählten, bekamen wir ein: ”I am sorry and have a good journey.”, zu hören.

August 2022. In Erinnerung an Algria Santa Cristina (der vollständige Name dieses Hotels vor der Übertragung der Immobilie) reservierte es wieder. So die Unterschiede: das Konzept veränderte sich auf den Jugendferien. In der Praxis ist es eine Organisation auf dem Dach und ein wahrer Boden anstelle eines Fitnessraums und einer Sonnenbadfläche für die Bar. Daher wurde der Hintergrund am Abend viel lauter. Die Küche war ein wenig vereinfacht. Es gab eine Einzahlung (obwohl, da die UnionPay-Karte nicht akzeptiert wurde, wir nicht bezahlt). Andere Vorteile: Lage, Reinheit, Service, Komfort.

I had an exceptional stay at Petit Palau during five days recently. The whole staff was friendly, sincere and always welcoming, including the breakfast and cleaning personnel. There are many things to praise, but a few things deserve to be highlighted. First of all the bed, it was fantastic, super comfortable! The shower was modern and had a luxurious touch to it. The overall cleanliness of the hotel should be mentioned, it was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was varied, delicious and healthy with an assortment of fresh fruits and local produce in addition to all else that was included. Lastly, since Blanes was blessed with warm, sunny spring weather during my stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying it from my private 6th floor balcony with rooftop views! We are currently staying at the Beverly Park Hotel and Spa. Let me just say that this is our 4th stay here over the past 5 years and we have loved it every time. So when the borders reopened after covid, naturally we couldn't wait to come back. I'm sad to say that things have changed, and not for the better. First things first: When we arrived check in was easy and we were given a beautiful pool view room... The cleaning ladies are brilliant and room is made up every day without fail. The hotel is stunning and we noticed a new addition if the kids pool which is lovely. However....... The hotel has a issue with people hogging/reserving sunbeds, often for hours with no one using them... There is no where near enough beds to go round for everyone given the numbers here currently so why is the management allowing this??? If you are not down on a sunbed by 9.30am then you can forget getting a sunbed. The management should do a 45 minute rule.. If you are not on that bed for 45 minutes, your towel should be removed to allow someone else the chance to use it. The management is allowing selfishness and its not fair. Secondly: the hotel is geared towards a certain clientèle .... The French. Hardly any staff speak English here but do speak French, and if you are English you are often ignored. The food labels in the dinning Hall are in Spanish and have no translation... Asking someone for translation is pointless as they just look at you blankly. The food is hit and miss now, breakfast is often the best meal time here in terms of variety. We also had an incident whereby my partner was sat at a dinner table waiting for me and a older French male sat down with him and refused to move as he wanted that table....there was other tables free but because he wanted THAT specific table he refused to move. My partner ended up arguing with him. His wife turned up, saw what her husband had done and shouted at him and walked away.. Leaving her husband there refusing to move. I arrived, saw what happened and decided to just move... No point arguing over a table. The point was a staff member witnessed the whole thing and didn't interject at all... Just shrugged her shoulders. Needless to say the whole experience here has been okay but tinged with moments of problems and frustration. We won't be coming back which is a shame as this place held fond memories.

This hotel is basic yet suited us. Nice choice for breakfast but found we wanted a change as the week went on. The rooms are modern and clean. We had a balcony. The cleaners did a great job each day. Very close to all restaurants and the beach. The pool is very small but that didn’t bother us as we went to beach every day. Would recommend this hotel.

Ich habe mit meiner Tochter für eine Woche im Hotel Promenade und Spa geblieben. Wir genossen unserem Aufenthalt. Wir kamen früh, so dass unser Zimmer nicht bereit war, aber es gibt ein Gepäckraum mit einer Swipe-Karte, wo wir unsere Gepäck verlassen und ändern können, wenn wir wollen. Leider war es regnen, so dass wir nicht störten wechseln. Check-in ist um 2pm, aber unser Zimmer war rund 1pm bereit. Das Zimmer hatte einen Poolblick und war eine anständige Größe mit Zwillingsbetten, einem Desk. einem Stuhl, einem Kleiderschrank und einem großen Badezimmer mit einem Spaziergang in der Dusche. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Safe in der Kleiderschrank. Wir blieben halb Bord und das Essen war sehr schön und variiert. Das Frühstück hatte sowohl voll englisch als auch eine Reihe von kontinentalen Gerichten. Es gab auch eine Vielzahl von Saften einschließlich geeigneter Orangensaft. Es gab sogar Cava, wenn Sie eine Mimosa wollten. Die Abendessen hatten auch eine Menge Sorte. Der einzige Nebenteil ist der Pool. Es ist ziemlich klein und vor allem in der Schatten für die meisten Tage. Die Mitarbeiter sind hilfreich und wir wurden informiert, dass wir ein frühes Frühstück arrangiert haben, da wir vor dem Frühstück um 8 Uhr verlassen.
