Dieses Hotel ist perfekt für ein Paar auf einem Mini-Pauschal. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand vorn gelegen. Wir hatten einen Meerblick, der wunderschön war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich würde definitiv zurück zu diesem Hotel. Das Bad war etwas anders, aber nichts zu schlecht. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und die Reinigungsdamen waren so nett.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 15, 4 and 2. Rooms: We arrived just before midday and were greeted with a warm welcome and our room was ready which was a huge bonus. We were in Block C and had a more traditional room which was clean and comfortable. There was a twin bedroom and 2 single sofa beds with an additional pull out. We had a fab view of the slide pool. Pool: Best ever been too. Huge main pool and inflatables allowed. Just happy smiley faces everywhere. Slide pool also fab, kids loved it. Max age restriction of 12yrs but it wasn’t enforced unless you looked like an actual adult which was good as no reason why a teenager shouldn’t use them. Temperature perfect. Loads of sunbeds, no need to run to reserve them like the silly few that did at 9am. Mini disco: Again, best been to for a couple of years. The choice of music and the games were brilliant. Was a bit of a rush to get to given it was at 6pm….around 7pm would be a better time. Breakfast: Loads of choice, pastry/bakery section item choice changed each day. Drinks stations fab. The multi flavour juice was our favourite. We ate out for dinner so can’t comment on that at hotel. There’s not a huge choice of restaurants near the hotel and most tend to do pizza/pasta, but a 20min walk to Lloret de Mar centre and plenty of choice. Fenals Beach: 10min walk. We visited a couple of times but stoney beach (very small stones) and sea gets deep quick for little ones but was very warm. Overall, loved our break and don’t normally like to go back to the same place, but may make an exception for this one as kids were so happy which in turn made us very happy and relaxed.

Sie öffneten sich wieder! Und nur 1 Morgen wie Thunder & Beleuchtung. Bedenken, es gibt Metall auf den Schleifen! (Sieht vernünftig aus?) Sie schließen 1-3 jeden Tag in der Höhe der Sonne. Wir nahmen diese ist unsere Que entweder zu kühlen oder raus. Reinigungspersonal sind wie Uhrarbeit, Zimmer rund um 10/11am Pool Seite gibt es immer jemand Reinigung, Auch Sie können sehen, alles wird von 8.30 -9pm gereinigt, da sie das Gebiet reinigen, wenn der Pool um 7:00 Uhr schließt. Wieder sehen Sie sie Reinigung 7 - 8.45 am Morgen auch nach der Reinigung am Abend. Wir lieben das Hotel, da es sicher, sauber, das Personal sind erstaunlich, sie erinnern sich sogar an uns vom letzten Jahr. Check-in ist um 2pm & Sie können Ihre Sachen sicher wegsetzen und die Einrichtungen nutzen. Zimmer war dieses Jahr größere als im letzten Jahr (end-room pool view) Sie werden kaum im Zimmer sein, es gibt so viel zu tun. Das Essen ist gut, konnte nicht klammern, wir gingen alle inklusive, aber wir wollen auch raus! Können dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht schuldig!!!

We had a week's stay with me, my daughter and cousin to celebrate their birthdays. We were booked into room 1111 (triple design room) in the main building but upon entering, we quickly realised that it was far too small. There were 2 single beds and a pull-out sofa but with three ladies with suitcases and nowhere to put them except for the floor, and generally wanted to walk in the room without scraping the walls to get from one end to another, we asked for an upgrade. That night, with the Euros (football) taking place, our neighbours (men – two or three of them) decided that they would sing drunkenly and very loudly football songs before passing out. This room must have had an upgrade because the bathroom was really nice with a walk-in shower and large sink. There was also a balcony that we could sit outside in but we didn’t get the chance to use it. So, we spoke to Sara on Reception (very good service, who made us feel very welcome) and paid for an upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. Huge difference in terms of space with the entrance being the dressing area, the two bedrooms and bathroom led off this. Both rooms had French style patio doors and balcony and our room overlooked the swimming pool in the main block. So this is the few things that we spoke about this hotel: 1. There was no kettle for tea & coffee making facilities. This was even more apparent because one of the days it rained and being stuck in your room with no way of even making a hot drink made a difference. Also, we had to check out of our room at 5.15am so having a kettle would have allowed us to have at least a cup of coffee before we left. 2. The bathroom – this was definitely an older bathroom style with an over the bath shower. unfortunately, the shower screen was not large enough and water went everywhere when we had a shower. We wondered why the room attendant left so many towels; it was for the floor to mop up the water. 3. The bedding – there was a mattress protector that had a plastic feel, so the sheet on top kept slipping. Then there was a sheet, followed by another sheet, a naked quilt on top of that with another sheet on top. In the main room, the quilt was dirty, so I had to ask for another quilt. The bedding was a mess with too many sheets. 4. Second bedroom only had a sofa-bed that was larger than the double bed in the main bedroom. The first couple of nights was fine, but afterwards, it was not comfortable. They would have been better making that room as a bedroom and putting two single beds in there. A sofa is not needed. 5. Swimming pool – bring your own beach towel. I have never stayed in a hotel that has a pool and not to supply you with towels for the pool area. My daughter had to buy one. By the way, the pool is not heated so be warned – it is very cold. 6. Breakfast – the team are very friendly. Basically the same meal but each day they changed certain items to mix it up a bit. We chose this hotel as it looked central and what we needed for our 3 day break. Check in was easy and by a lovely lady on reception, we arrived early morning and our room was ready, our friends room wasn't but that wasn't a problem and worth the wait, they had a beautiful sea view room with balcony. Tourist tax was about €8 for our stay. We was on the second floor no balcony just a window over looking the alley. The room was very clean and modern with a free safe (bonus) good storage etc, fridge and cleaned everyday. The small pool is on the roof top with a handful of sunbeds. Nice to chill there for an hour. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're wanting a central short stay, if you're going for a family holiday maybe chose one of the bigger hotels with a pool bar etc. thank you for a pleasant stay.

Wir waren Anfang Juli 2024 in dem Hotel, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Wir haben all-inclusive gebucht, dazu gehören gratis Getränke und Eis an der Bar in der Lobby und gratis Essen an der Snack Bar. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich, den Safe kauft man sich für 24 Euro plus Pfand. Wir hatten von dem Balkon einen schönen Blick auf den Poolbereich und das Meer. Das Essen im Restaurant hat lecker geschmeckt und es gab jeden Tag was Neues. Der Pool und der Spabereich waren sauber, der Pool war angenehm kühl. Es gab jeden Tag Unterhaltung am Pool, und auch Abends ein kleines Event in der Lobby des Hotels wie bspw. eine Zaubershow oder live Gesang. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere Daria an der Rezeption, Lisa an der Bar, und Robert im Restaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Das Pool am Dach ist nett und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft. Leider hatten wir ziemlich Pech mit unserem Zimmer. Aus der Umgebung hörte man extrem die Partymusik, die Fenster waren alles andere als schalldicht. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer auch noch sehr hellhörig und man konnte die Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern, den Fernsehlärm und vor allem das Sessel-Rücken sehr gut hören. Besonders hinderlich am Schlafen waren die Betrunkenen, die um 3 in der Früh an Türen traten und klopften. Als besonders störend empfanden wir den Geruch, der plötzlich in der Nacht aus dem Abfluss kam. Trotz verschließen der Badezimmertür, war er sehr präsent. Wir hatten zuerst überlegt, eventuell eine Nacht zu verlängern. Nach der schlaflosen Nacht, waren wir froh, Lloret de Mar zu verlassen. Als wir an der Rezeption von den Geschehnissen erzählten, bekamen wir ein: ”I am sorry and have a good journey.”, zu hören.

Ich reservierte ein Familienurlaub Hotel mit meinem kleinen Baby so aufgeregt, dass der Schwimmbad ect hatte eine lange Reise zu dem Hotel zu buchen und sie sagten mir, ich habe keine blutige Buchung klar reserviert Ich bin zu diesem Gitarren-Zentralaquapark gekommen hotel cuz Ich habe eine Reservierung verbracht 1 Stunde versucht, Dinge zusammen mit einem weinenden Baby, der einen langen Tag der Reise blutigen Hotelmanager war VERWIRTSCHAFTLICH Rude und Pathetic sagte mir, zu gehen und woanders zu gehen, da keine Zimmer verfügbar Ich zeigte ihnen meine Ich habe mir erklärt, dass ich ein Herzkranker mit langjähriger Behinderung, die sie nicht kümmern, sie waren mehr besorgt, mich aus der Rezeption zu holen.
