Sport Hotel

I have no words to describe the kindness and Professionalism of this family managed business. They were the most welcoming, fun, available, entertaining staff you can ever dream. Room was so nice and perfect by all means, from the cleaning staff to the room service and reception SPA and fitness area are super good. The restaurant it’s off the charts. Livigno has good restaurants but this was so good I mostly stayed in for dinner to be surprised by their DAILY changing menu. I’ll come back to Livigno yearly ALSO to come back to sport hotel. this is a RARE. MUST visit.

Amazing holiday! Trying to put into words how the vibe of the hotel owners and staff really elevate your holiday experience combined with the hotels Beautiful decor and facilities. Right from the transfer arranged by the owners we felt welcome and relaxed, they arranged for the ski hire to pick us up and take us to the shop for our skis, the owner of the shop was so helpful and fun. The family that own the hotel are exceptionally helpful and friendly and clearly have an excellent relationship with the staff who all have the same friendly attitude, the waiters in particular gave us non stop laughs and excellent service. The hotel is finished to a very high standard, the rooms are spacious with ample storage, they provide fluffy robes and slippers, the showers are high powered and hot, the rooms have beautiful views and the hotel is not overlooked in any way. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and we all slept extremely well every night after a long days skiing. The food!!! OMG the food here is honestly THE BEST I have experienced on a ski holiday, it can only be described as fine dining with 5 courses! They also have an excellent 5 course children’s menu with more basic food for fussy eaters! You can ski in and out from the hotel with a very small amount of walking this would be challenging with small children but ours are all older and enjoyed it, there is also a bus that stops right outside every 10 mins to take you into the town and slopes. We really loved our stay at the Sport hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting a high end ski holiday experience!

Warm, friendly and very welcoming family hotel. Managed by the nicest people I’ve met in a hotel. Genuinely proper old school hotel hospitality. Greeted openly on arrival and assisted throughout. Hotel is very well maintained, very clean and really charming. Modern rooms and all amenities you’d need for skiing or hiking. Located right by a local bus stop with easy access to the main town and ski stops. Everything was perfect, meals, rooms, storage for skis, the people working in the bar and restaurant etc. I travel a lot but I really could not fault the genuine hospitality here. One of my top places I’ve stayed in a long time! Keep up the good work, grazie!!

Good hotel in Livigno! Family owned business with very friendly staff. Good breakfast and well maintained SPA facilities. The rooms have wooden floors and good linen and spacious bathrooms. Located a bit outside of the village (approximately 7 minutes by car).

I spent the Ester Holidays here with my family. All was perfect and the owners and the staff of the hotel are super nice and always at disposal for any requests. The food is scromptious! Beautiful spa and gym well equiped. Very clean and well kept. Really great experience.

Grande punto di forza la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale, un pò meno la cucina: menù "povero", assolutamente non da hotel 4 stelle, non mi puoi far scegliere dal menù tra tofu (finto fish&chips) e lonza di maiale impanata, fritta, con sopra formaggio e speck, pesante e unta (prima sera) oppure tra pappa al pomodoro e Diaframma (seconda sera)!!!! Come dolce panna cotta con a fianco una piccola macedonia...non ci siamo proprio! La camera Cirmolo molto carina, piccola, bella vista, ma mancava il bicchiere per gli spazzolini, c'era solo una piccola saponetta e un sapone in dispenser da dividere tra doccia, lavandino e bidè! Nessun comodino. Vado da sempre in hotel 4 * a Livigno, ma questo non le vale proprio, peccato perché con poche accortezze potrebbe migliorare molto! Zona SPA e piscina carine, piccoline.

Stile accomodante e tollerante tipico della conduzione familiare. Pulizia assolutamente impeccabile, talmente impeccabile che si potrebbero leccare le piastrelle della SPA. Personale, in tutti i dipartimenti, preparato e professionale. CUCINA PAZZESCA: cura dei dettagli, rispetto delle tradizioni e dei prodotti, ricerca delle alternative offerte; senza dubbio la migliore mai provata in una mezza pensione ma anche ben oltre. Bravi!

Appena arrivati allo Sport hotel l’accoglienza è stata subito un impatto piacevole, disponibilità e cortesia impeccabili. Un primo grande complimento infatti va allo staff, persone squisite, cordiali, disponibili, tutti inclusi, dalla reception, alla sala, camerieri preparati e simpatici, fino ai padroni di casa che fanno di tutto per rendere il soggiorno perfetto! Altra nota positiva la camera, bella, curata, spaziosa, pulizia eccellente… anche la ristorazione è stata una fantastica scoperta sia la cena che la colazione, menù sempre vari e qualità molto alta delle materie prime, porzioni abbondanti e servizio ineccepibile! La spa un valore aggiunto da non sottovalutare, una bella piscina idromassaggio riscaldata con vista montagna, ci tengo a precisare che la piscina ha una temperatura davvero gradevole ( lo specifico perché non sempre si trovano così…) una bella sauna, bagno turco e molti spazi dove potersi rilassare… anche i massaggi assolutamente da provare! Un grazie allo sport hotel per aver reso questi giorni perfetti!!! Continuate così!

Sono abituata a soggiornare in hotel da 4 stelle in su. Li scelgo con attenzione perché in vacanza ci si va con i sacrifici del lavoro di un anno. Abbiamo scelto lo Sport Hotel abbagliati dal sito e dalle recensioni entusiaste dopo controlli incrociati fra i social, ma questo hotel è un bluff senza paragoni e a supportare quanto dico allego foto della mia vacanza rovinata. 1) accoglienza: piante secche 2) cibo: nelle foto del sito lo spacciano come gourmet e invece è scarso, poco vario e dozzinale sia a cena che colazione. Non ho avuto il piacere di mangiare un formaggio di numero (eppure a Livigno c'è la latteria), manca totalmente il buffet delle insalate, così come non ho visto miele locale ma confezionato di provenienza estera, così come non ho visto nemmeno un dolce artigianale fatto in casa a colazione, eccetto un ciambellone tipo quelli da bar. 3) servizio: per 3 giorni nella settimana di ferragosto gli ascensori erano fuori servizio. Eravamo al terzo piano con le saune al piano meno 1 è stato un disagio tornare bagnati con le temperature di Livigno e farsi 4 piani di scale a piedi, disagio per il quale non abbiamo ricevuto sconti al momento di pagare. 4) personale: limitato nel numero e talvolta sgarbato nei modi, mi riferisco alla proprietaria e non ai figli che sono due bravissimi ragazzi entrambi. 5) logistica: posizione comoda rispetto alle navette, ma agli stessi prezzi si trova posto a Livigno centro 6) stanze: le suite hanno balconi in comune nell'ambito dello stesso piano, mi ha messo a disagio anche se hanno tamponato con un accrocco. 7) spa: struttura nella media, se è brutto tempo le piscine e le saune esterne vengono spente. Mi sento vivamente di sconsigliare questo posto, capisco la crisi economica e di personale, ma non sono io a doverla scontare.
