訂的是家庭房，在沒有提前預知酒店會帶一位12歲以下的小孩情況下，説明原因，酒店讓小孩免費入住和免費用酒店的早餐，非常人性化。酒店的位置非常便利，去附近景點都可以用走的，city walk就可以了

定了兩間房，前台幫忙給了兩間相鄰。房間不大，但乾淨整潔。

El hotel es muy lindo, el personal muy servicial,la ubicacion es excelente. El desayuno es muy abundante. Nuestra estadia fue muy confortable

I liked the bed, the bathroom and the breakfast I didn't like the temperature in the room (too hot and not changeable) , nothing in frigo bar. Generally speakin I can suggest this hotel

Excelente trato y calidad en el servicio. Regresaría y lo recomendaría para familias, parejas o personas solas.

Razoável, quarto apertado, e a limpeza do quarto era muito tarde.

I am from south America , on my stay on Portugal I booked 3 hotels , I came with my mom and my son , the tall guy with glasses on in front desk didn't have a nice attitude toward me , he didn't say anything wrong but his dirty looks showed me his unfriendly attitude and , he just gave me anxiety when I checked in with the receptionist.

Hôtel que je recommande, bien placé. Un personnel accueillant, chambre impeccable , un bon petit déjeuner

A bit old bit still good

Everyone was very happy to help. Breakfast was great. My husband and I will stay here again when we travel to Lisbon.
