Die Lage ist perfekt, aber auch wenn es renoviert aussieht, knarrt der Boden beim Gehen. Man sieht, dass es alt ist. Aus dem Badezimmer kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch. Das Bett lädt nicht zum Ausruhen ein und man hört den ganzen Lärm nicht nur von draußen, sondern aus allen angrenzenden Zimmern.

Die Toilette war außer Betrieb, das Zimmer war zu klein

The hotel is located in a good location right across Lille Flanders station and a short walk from Lille Europe and Old Town - however, it is very noisy in the room, as the rooms are close to ground floor where there are many pubs and restaurants. The soundproofing is not good and I can hear the cars and other noises throughout the night. It is convenient to eat nearby the hotel but I found it difficult to rest at night and didn't sleep well. The room I got was rather small but had a small wardrobe and a desk, a chair and small couch. The walls were kind of dirty for a 3 star hotel, and the floorboards seemed to be old/suffered water damage and were uneven to step on. Light switches has visible dust which is not so pleasant. Other than that, the cleanliness was fine and the bed was okay. The bathroom has some issues as the sink does not drain properly and so the water only goes down after one night. The shower is okay but the water pressure is a bit low. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel reception is also the waiting staff for the pub directly under the hotel rooms, so it takes a while for them to have time to attend to you. I think overall it is okay for just 1 night but I personally couldn't take it and left earlier than my check out date. The rooms seem to vary quite a lot from review pictures as it is an old building so every room is a different layout, so some are nicer than others. I think the hotel is not up to a 3 star rating but it's ok if you are just transiting and need a bed to rest on for one night.

The hotel is generally fine, very good for budget choice. The reception staff looks sleepy all the time.

Very nice and attentive staff, clean room. Cool promotions in several establishments for hotel guests. It's noisy at night with the windows open.

The hotel is located across from the train station Lille Flandres. The receptionist is located in the bar. Pressing the bell on the side door is useless. The room number does not include the floor number, so be sure to ask the receptionist. I could not find the flush button for the toilet at the beginning. It is located on the side of the toilet. There are many electrical cords under the toilet, which is weird. Overall it was what I paid for: a cheap hotel to catch my train in the morning.

Отель хороший за свои деньги. Депозит не попросили. В комнате есть дополнительный обогреватель, так же в ванной есть обогреватель. Из минусов, слышимость.

Un immense merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Nous avons passé une nuit très agréable dans votre hôtel. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le personnel a été accueillant, professionnel et toujours souriant, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Très bon emplacement. En revanche pas de climatisation dans la chambre et de nombreux moustiques sont rentrés la nuit

Zeer goede ligging. Vriendelijk onthaal en zeer goed ontbijt. De persoon die mij naar de ontbijt tafel bracht was zeer gedienstig en Vriendelijk. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding uitstekend. Grts emiel meysman uit België
