Séjour très agréable, accueil chaleureux, personnel à notre écoute, disponible. Piscine chauffée.

La chambre était vraiment très petite. La salle de bain avait les dimensions d'une toilette. Impensable pour un château. Les chambres confort ne méritent pas leur nom. Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Très bon restaurant. Le cadre est superbe.

Check in was quick and easy but not overly friendly. I booked the cheapest room available which was located on the 2nd floor. No lift and no offer of any help with luggage. Fine for us, but be aware if you have any mobility issues. The room had a very unpleasant odour which I couldn’t put my finger on, marginally relieved by leaving the window open when we left the room for a few hours. Drinks are the bar seemed to be served grudgingly, and are very overpriced (€7+ for a small glass of wine, €7+ for a pint of beer) *TOP TIP* If you want to eat in the restaurant, make enquires as to availability first before booking a non refundable room rate. Stupidly I booked the room first, and was then told the restaurant was full. There is nothing at all locally, it’s a 10 min drive into St Omer for anything to eat in the evening. PRO’s Beautiful quiet location Comfy bed Clean room Tea and coffee provided CON’s Smelly room Gap to enter the shower was max 30cm wide - if you are on the large side there is no way you would get in No English TV channels despite being advertised Kettle was provided but had to plugged in on the floor as the lead was not long enough to reach any of the surrounding plug sockets SUMMARY Great as a country stop enroute to elsewhere. Cheap and cheerful if you take your own drinks!

Excellent hotel, great location , secure parking , annexe room on ground floor with nice terrace . Great restaurant. Lovely staff.

Super little hotel for exploring the area or as a stopping point when traveling in or out if France ir the UK. great Service and friendly staff in very pretty surroundings

This was the worst service I have ever witnessed at a restaurant. Our table was booked for 7.30pm, shown to table with no friendliness and left to sit there for 20 minutes. Five other couples arrived during this time and not one of us were asked if we wanted a drink (it was a hot evening) or given menus. When they eventually handed out menus, we were last and they also let people in with dogs which is disgusting. The menu although pre-warned would be limited, was not released until we went in. There were 2 starters, mains and deserts of which 4 of the 6 items my wife couldn't eat because of intolerances and I can't eat fish which was on the starter and main, so very limited choice for 35 Euros per head. No offer to find alternatives for us so we walked out and went to the bar, they had a cheese selection which was our evening meal, makes you wonder why they couldn't offer this when I asked about the deserts. On check out there was no apology or offer of a discount in the form of compensation. The bar was virtually never staffed, you have to go to reception to get help. I will certainly not be staying here again, should've gone back to Chateau De Cocove where they know how to look after guests and have enough staff on duty.

Our room was in disrepair. The wallpaper was peeling. Coffee stains on the wall. Blood stains on the wall toilets flush was broken lightbulbs were broken. Paintwork was peeling uncomfort and very bouncy bed and a very uncomfortable stuffy room with no form of cooling provided.

Lovely stay in a family room. Was a bit hot due to humid weather so suggest doors are open before arrival. Beautiful grounds, very clean. Pool lovely and warm! Staff welcome on reception was lovely too!
