Should provide fresh bath towels everyday, even if room services not available daily. Should refill shower/bath gel and shampoo daily. No indication on how to operate  the microwave and stove Should provide a reasonable choice of sandwiches and fruits for breakfast. The aged mattress has a dent. Staff should be more friendly toward customers. Would not return if situation not improved.

Great location, great customer service. Nice studios would highly recommend.

很好，也很熱情。位置距離火車站走路十分鐘左右，也很方便，周邊有超市和餐廳，也很方便。公交站台、商場距離適中

窗簾有點味道；窗外在施工。 負責辦理入住的前台人員服務態度挺差的（不過對歐洲客人似乎比較熱情，看我們是亞洲人所以愛理不理甚至比較不屑）。 晚上值班的二位前台人員很熱情。

房間有廚房可以烹飪，離利茲火車站很近，旁邊就有Tesco、瑪莎、coop，非常適合出遊及短暫住一段時間

怎麼説呢…… 性價比很高… 但是真的非常不推薦，房間有一種很奇怪的味道……而且很舊。沒有空調，有一個電暖氣。 衞生程度也…

Great facilities, perfect location, lovely large and clean room, nice shower room, comfy bed, complementary croissants for breakfast and hot drinks, helpful and friendly reception staff, reasonably priced as booked well in advance, what more could you want from a base for an overnighter in Leeds

We had an amazing weekend here at Roomzzz Leeds, we loved the rooms, the hot drinks and croissants in the morning, the size of lounge/kitchen is fully covered with a microwave, 2 ring cooker and a dishwasher, no need to make your stay expensive or tiring by having to go out after shopping all day! The staff are lovely and Kyle went above and beyond by finding the bits we left in the fridge.. after booking out! 🫡

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights, whilst the Leeds Music Festival was on at Bramham Park. (We also stayed here the year before, so we were fully aware of the property/location/facilities on site). This time we were in Apartment 202, and it was nicely laid out, with all of the 'home-from-home' comforts that we would need. Two things struck us immediately however - there is MAJOR construction work ongoing at the building next door. I fully appreciate this isn't the fault of the Roomzzz Hotel, and I'm sure they're gutted about it, but it does severely impact the quality of the guest experience. The builders start from 8am, and it's noisy. Heavy machinery operating about 10 metres away from our bedroom windows, with a loud beeping every time it either reversed, or the 'crane element ' was extended. VERY annoying, when you're trying for a well-earned lie-in, or had a late night out. I asked a staff member how long this was anticipated to continue for, and she could only suggest 'Months". Looking at the state of the building, and the scaffolding etc. I think she's right, so be warned. Secondly, we identified quickly that we'd been allocated a 'disability enabled' room, with a wet room as a bathroom, rather than a standard shower or bath. Neither my wife or I have any mobility issues, and I'm always perplexed why we'd be allocated this facility? What if someone who needs it wishes to stay? So I enquired at Reception about switching rooms, (and they weren't full to capacity), but the man wasn't too bothered about transferring us, I guess it would have caused him more admin! Roomzzz offers a breakfast of hot drink and a croissant (some mornings they'd all gone), and it's okay. But it's definitely down-graded from just 12 months ago, when there was yoghurt and juice also included. A sign of the economic times, I guess. So my overall memories of Roomzzz (Leeds) on this occasion, for the £666 paid for 5 nights, are not great. A decent quality of (undisturbed) sleep is surely a basic element of any accommodation, and so that reflects on the 2/5 grading.

Had a lovely stay here, great location , great reception staff , nice rooms and beds. 1 room in 3rd floor had scaffolding and construction noise on the Sunday morning which was unfortunate. Also had this really noisy guy in room 106 who kept shouting and banging on doors at 4 in the morning, hope he gets banned for using them in future. Would defo use again and big thanks to the staff

Great place to stay in the centre of Leeds. Very comfortable, clean room. Attractive self-contained studios with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Reception team here are great. Special thanks to Steve who was very personable and helpful and made the stay very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again

Great location and friendly staff. Our room was lovely, comfortable bed and very clean! Unfortunately there was work happening next door that was quite noisy at times but apart from that a great stay! The coffee and croissants on the go was a nice touch. I would definitely stay again.
