Was much better than expected and alot to do in this hotel !!

Excellent hotel, with everything you expect from village hotels, close to airport. Would use again.

Poor service, no one at reception for checking in, not even drinking water in room, toilet not clean, no way to contact reception from room as no phones and office lines not 24hr service. Comfortable, clean bed though,good location and not too noisy. Not good enough for the price

Great little place for the price I paid would definitely stay again. Rooms nice and clean. Good gym and leisure. I liked it.

Great stay!

Perfect location, the most simplistic lay out with everything to hand under one roof! The leisure facilities are brilliant. Rooms are spotless. The breakfast is great and not greasy on the “cooked breakfast side” The list goes on on… great brand and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

Could be more cleanliness compare with previous stay in Bristol. However, still feel comfortable to stay in Village Hotel

The rooms are ok, good enough for one night. I only stay here because it’s cheaper than others in the area.
