Great B&B, about 2 minutes walk to the beach. Great hospitality, spotlessly clean very spacious room and everything you could want for breakfast. Parking right outside the front door. Would highly recommend and would definitely come again.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Carol and her two ladies looked after us and we were fed very well. Handy having the bus stop across the road, ample parking at the house. Within walking distance of the beach and a good pub, the Bunn Penny.

What a lovely lady. Family room, lovely comfy beds, with everything you need. Spacious bathroom with shower. Spotless clean and a fantastic cooked breakfast in the morning with choice of yoghurts, cereals and treats on the side. Parking right outside the front door and a lovely local pub with great food 5mins down the road. Highly recommend and would book again.

We stayed as a couple in room 2 which was comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The owner, Carol was very friendly and welcoming and Marina, who cooked the breakfast was also very friendly. We stayed just the one night whilst visiting the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and Submarine museum. We would certainly recommend this B&B which was very reasonably priced.

Stayed here for the second time, Just as good as the first, stayed in a different room but the bed was as comfy as the one was on my first visit, Breakfast still as good as the first time, Staff are really friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Will be back again

Comfortable, well equipped room with plenty of space for a couple and teenage daughter. Breakfast was very good and there were plenty of take away options for the teenager who would rather sleep than get up in time for a cooked meal. There are several B&Bs in Lee but next time we’re visiting family in the area, we will try to book here before looking else where.

Booked 2 nights at Leeward House. Carol was very welcoming and the room with en-suite was very clean and nicely furnished. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. No problem with parking either. Will definitely return sometime in the future .
