HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THE WORST, THE WORST, THE WORST Check-in date: the 4th of Dec, 2024 I checked in around midnight of my check-in date, and once I checked in, I immediately regretted my decision. The room lacked management; it was nothing similar to the photos that were shown on the website (PHOTOSHOP EVERYTHING). The room was super dirty, every corner of the room was dirty and rotten, you could see spiders on the ceiling, more than half of the lights were broken, the countertop was stained, and even the microwave was dirty!!!!!!! The room was so disgusting that I started to search online comments and found out that this company has a super bad reputation, not only because of the disgusting rooms but also their reluctant attitude to take responsibility!!! Many of the comments stated the bad customer service. The poor condition of the room left me no choice but to find another hotel immediately! (So I have to pay extra for the walk-in price). On the 6th of Dec, I called customer service for a refund, and they asked me to file the refund through email and quote, “the customer service manager will take care of my case,” and they asked me to provide all the photos of the room, which I did on the 12th of Dec. And I have never heard back from them ever since. Til now it has been almost a month, and I haven’t heard back from Visionapartments. it is clear that Visionapartments doesn’t want to deal with a refund.
