My experience with the front desk staff was poor. At the time of check-in, the breakfast ticketing was not explained so I was taken out of line for food and asked to get a ticket. At the time of check-in, the staff had obvious bandages and bruises on her face that limited her speech. Not much was explained, and what came from her mouth was hard to understand because of the mumbling. Many people, hotel guests, and non-guests were always in front of the hotel smoking or just sitting around. Construction was loud and began early in the morning (7:30 AM; despite it being the weekend). My key card was deactivated each day of my stay, prompting me to go to the front desk. The housekeeping service was good, it just took a long time. I only saw one staff on the floor.
