Man solle nicht vergessen welches Klientel dort unfergebracht ist das es kein Frühstück gab und auch nicht zum Abendessen das ist den Renovierungsarbeiten geschuldet.

Only tissue roll and towel is provided. No TV and telephone to call reception. Door lock and toilet seat is faulty and water is very slow. Soap dispenser does not have labels, you wont be able to know which is which. Water dispenser is provided only at the main lobby, you have to go down and get if you need it but you have to bring your own containers. Room is small, not accommodating for travellers with kids. Location wise not that bad as there are malls nearby. Near to airport but not a value for money. In summary, needs a lot of improvements. Not coming back.

Rest Room was not clean. Aircondition was very noisy. Towel smells musty. I don't want to visit again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the grand lobby, I was embraced by an a**osphere of elegance and warmth.

Aircon was too loud and not cold enough. Had to call front desk twice just to clean the aircon. Front desk person was unapproachable and rude as well. Bad customer service, definitely not going back there again.
