Apartamentos LIVVO Las Gaviotas

We arrived 4th January 2025, we checked I quite quickly, the lady at the reception was very kind and called a colleague to take us to our apartment which was a few hundred yards up the road, as it was dark when we arrived and we didn't know where we were going. The apartment was fantastic, just refurbished, right by the pool, everything was just right. The walk to the shops and the restaurants was only three or 400 m away and took about 10 minutes at a nice, slow pace. There are loads of bars, restaurants, shops, bike, car hire just in one place. The walk along the promenade was great nice easy walking. Cleaning at the apartment was done regularly as was towel changes. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and the pool was also good, cold but once in, no problem. We enjoyed our 2 week stay so much, that today we have booked to go back to the apartments in the summer. We stayed here in July 2024, we booked it last minute and got a good deal via jet 2. We was a family of 4 - two adults and two children age 3 and age 5. All I can say was WOW… It was so relaxing, right next to the beach and the airport, the rooms were very very clean. It was like being at home but on holiday it was so comfortable. The apartment was so spacious, and you could sunbathe with the sun loungers on your porch area too! Each block had their own swimming pool, the kids loved it, best part about it is that it wasn’t crowded. There was a bar area at the pool which had lovely snacks, food, and especially cocktails! The shops and restaurants were literally a few minutes walk, there’s also a little arcade. There’s more restaurants and shops further round the main road about 10/15 mins walk. Being right next to the airport was a bonus if you love watching the planes fly right over the beach, approx 10 mins walk down the path you can watch the planes landing at the airport, the kids loved it. There’s a little park for kids. There’s also family bikes. Our sister in law stayed in another hotel in Puerto de Carmen, so we visited each other regularly , 10 mins taxi ride, very cheap. She preferred our apartments to her hotel, she said it was perfect and the location was better as where she was was very very hilly, but at these apartments it’s not at all which was also better for the kids. The staff were very very friendly and helpful, we had a late pick up time for the flight home so was able to keep our suitcases a secure room free of charge. We would 100% recommend to anyone who would like a more relaxing family holiday, perfect for couples too, and perfect area for people who need a more accessible holiday I.e. wheelchair users. There are things to do in other areas i.e. water parks, zoos etc. but unfortunately we missed out as the package including transfers where only on certain days, and we only enquired a couple of days before going home so I’d say if you’re looking for a day/trip out enquire about them first thing! The spontaneous last minute decision was 100% worth it. Thank you so much for making our first holiday as a family of 4 one to remember!

We loved staying in these apartments and the location is amazing we were in apartment 16 very close to the front/beach. We had a superior one bedroomed apartment. It was cleaned and towels changed regularly. Only thing is there is an outside courtyard between the living area and bedroom/bathroom and our son’s bed was in the living area so he was a little anxious at first and we had to leave the living room door open so he still felt close to us. My only other small negative is ants it wasn’t rife with them and only in the living area/kitchen but we found them on the kitchen side, on the sofa and near the front door so that definitely needs sorting but other than that the pool was just outside our room we had our own 3 sunbeds it was great you could always get in the pool and always get a sunbed round the pool it was great. We have booked to go back next year to these apartments, we love this resort it’s so clean, beach is amazing and you feel really safe and everything is on your door step, a spar supermarket and the shopping centre with bars, restaurants and shops etc you really don’t need to walk anywhere else. It’s a 5/10 minute walk to the back of the airport where you can watch the planes coming in and taking off. Me and my family love it here would definitely recommend.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartments. Staff were great, always on hand to help with any queries. It’s a nice walk on the flat along the promenade to the shops and restaurants. Will definitely go again and can thoroughly recommend! A lovely place to stay!

We had such a lovely stay here couldn’t recommend it more. The rooms are so nice and spacious and it is based right on the sea front just 2 minutes away from lots of bars and restaurants to get a bite to eat. It is lovely and peaceful the pool is like your own private pool most of the time. The staff are extremely helpful and provided us with everything we needed. We were here for 3 nights and cleaners came every day, it is very clean and well looked after. Perfect place to come for a nice getaway. The only downfall is the bar not being open on saturday and sunday although the shops, bars and restaurants are so close it’s hardly an issue.
