We loved our stay at this hotel so much we’ve booked it another 3 times! Great facilities, including bar, restaurant and spa. Thanks to Trip.com for being the best priced of all the OTAs.

2nd time here and I absolutely love it, it ticks all of the boxes! Great leisure facilities, lovely environment, well kept hotel. Great service, everyone always so helpful, and I will definitely be back again. Pic of me relaxing by the pool! Good location too, close to Cardiff (we went to the Harry Styles concert)

Regularly stay at the Coldra and as usual cannot fault anything. Rooms always spotlessly clean, service always excellent and amenities very good.

Good hotel nice big rooms

Great stay as ever, I’m been coming here most months for many years as my Mother is in a nursing home close to. It feels like family and I always see familiar smiling faces and the staff are always so helpful. I enjoyed myself again thank you

A nice relaxing night away from home

Initial impressions of the hotel are great. Hotel reception had great decor. Receptionists knowledgeable and friendly. Bar and restaurant looked great. Route to rooms though had a damp smell. Windows on ground floor rooms had curtains but no blinds or voiles with a path going right past the window.

Excellent hotel with very friendly, accommodating and efficient staff. The breakfasts are really good with so much choice. The room was spacious and clean

Hotel nice and comfortable. Stayed before in 2019 and has changed a lot. Breakfast was basic and some cold and dried up. The swimming was nice and not too busy

Just a 1 night stay between Christmas & New Year. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed on the morning of our departure. However, it was necessary for H & S reasons. The hotel went over and above to apologise by providing breakfast free of charge. The pool was also back up and running just before we departed as promised by the hotel. Check in and out was easy. We haven’t visited Celtic Collection hotels for a while as we had felt service and value for money had gone downhill. However, staff at Coldra Court more than made up for it. Hopefully be back soon.

Very average. Customer service was poor as anything you needed you had to get from the front desk. No water in the room. Pretty basic

Always a great place to stay, staff are so friendly and always helpful. Great location to use as a hub, easy access to shops and restaurants and minutes away from M4 if you need to commute further west or east.

As always a lovely stay my only issues was the pool was too cold for my 20 month old daughter after 30 minutes she was shivering it's usually warm but this time it was 29 ok for me but not for her
