My recent stay at left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that basic hospitality was not a priority. Despite booking a room in advance, the check-in process was chaotic and unorganized, with staff members seeming indifferent to guests' needs. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by the stale odor, indicating a lack of cleanliness. To my dismay, there were no fresh towels provided, and when I requested them, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the staff. It's unacceptable for a hotel not to ensure such basic amenities are readily available for guests. Throughout my stay, I encountered further issues, including rude and unhelpful staff members, and a general lack of care for guest comfort. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was far from welcoming or hospitable. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. The lack of attention to basic hospitality and cleanliness standards greatly detracted from what should have been a pleasant stay.

The duty manager date 24/12/23 is not good person he didn’t know how to talk with customer very bed person and the room also not good not clean

Хороший отель, очень удобно, что есть кафе на первом этаже! Просторный номер, большая ванная комната. Вид из окна на море👍 Так же рядом всегда есть такси! В будущем обязательно вернусь!!!
