During our staying we could use the kitchen quite well. The dining area and resting area are big and has wide open view of the outside landscape.

Nice place, very quiet and good location. Best for families as rooms are well equipped for that.

For the price, was decent, beds were slightly uncomfortable but bearable, toilet seat had marks on it, the shower kept filling the bathtub up, made for a slightly unpleasant shower, and the lightning in the room was slightly dimmer than I would like. Other than that, friendly and welcoming staff, good location

O pequeno-almoço é horrível. Não há palavras para descrever o quão ruim pode ser: Sem variedade, sem reposição, sem equipamentos adequados, lixeira a transbordar de moscas... enfim, uma desgraça! De resto, ok.

Hôtel familial, bien situé (15 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre ville, 5 minutes en voiture), bien équipé (2 piscines, courts de tennis et padel), bien sécurisé et environnement agréable. Personnel sympathique. Les studios sont pratiques et vastes, rénovés récemment. Séjour hors saison parfait !

die Clubanlage ist recht gut, aber für uns gabes einiges zu bemängeln. Der angegebene Indorpool war garnicht vorhanden und die Abzugsanlage über der Küche, machte bei starkem Wind, ziemlichen Krach, sodaß an Schlafen nicht zudenken war. das Frühstück ist einfach Verbesserungswürdig. Man sollte erwähnen, das das Hotel auf einer Anhöhe liegt und man immer den Berg ersteigen muß.

Hotel nice food was OK could be warmer to eat .staff at reception plesent and two of the bar people plesent spoke to us all the time and helped,internment was OK but need more variety at night and day bar shut at 11.11.30 not handy if want to stay up later

Clean hotel and apartment. Going in October meant the pool area was quiet. But that’s about the best of it, the apartment had two single beds that were too short for both me and my wife, the mattresses were rock hard and the pillows were paper thin, glad we only stayed 3 nights. We went all inclusive but went out for food and drinks due to the terrible options for drinks and food. The apartments are not equipped for anyone choosing self catering. There is no way that place could cope when it’s high season. Mainly French and British people there, most staff speak French and struggle to speak English. The receptionist speak good English. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very basic. Food is Luke warm, limited choice, but great salad bar. Entertainment virtually non existent unless you are French. Patio door lock broken, had to report it twice, finally repaired after 2 days. Felt unsafe being on the ground floor and not able to lock the door. Bar staff all lovely. Pool cold. Lovely beaches.

Clean well kept villas,gardens and pool. Friendly staff. 2nd time been here and love it. Will definatly stay again in the future. Quiet peaceful surroundings. Close enough to walk to main strip but far enough away to not hear the hustle and bustle.

Only average geared around French, food ok but at best only Luke warm, bar staff great/ waitresses great, room clean but needs updating , pool good but cold / AI drinks good. If you are English you seem to be ignored and only bar / waiters friendly , 15 minute walk to lovely beaches and marina Unfortunately would not return unless food improved and English were included more and not ignored

Really disappointed by our all inclusive holiday at Clube Vilarosa. The food offering was really poor for all inclusive - only a few choices of cold/luke warm, strange dishes that wouldn't appeal to most Brits. The desserts were ok and there was bread and cheese so we didn't starve. We also went out to local restaurants. There's a lot of walking and steps, so no good for people with disabilities. The grounds are pretty and pools were nice but not cleaned often enough and the main pool was looking scummy after the 3rd day we were there. The entertainment team ignore the English and only engage in conversation with the French holiday makers - i think that this was because they couldnt speak English rather than them being rude. This included the entertainment in the evenings which was all in French and so we felt pretty left out. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away and is huge with lovely soft sand. There are also some good restaurants nearby. I think if you can book a cheap self catering holiday at Clube Vilarosa then it would be OK, but definitely not if you're paying for all inclusive.

We booked the apartment for 3 people/2 nights. Apartment 28 was ours We had to shower like any people. (One by one) I was the first and I was lucky the water was always warm for me. My husband and son took theirs with cold water. I had never come across with such situation. I was given many/different reasons at the reception. No discount just some excuses/apologies and just some tips to how to use the boiler. Cleaning was average and linen for the third bed was old... The swimming pools were good.
