We booked this hotel based on positive reviews but the reality was much different. They were not at the average standard for an international hotel. No one of the staff at the reception desk was able to speak English which is weird if they want international customers. It took us a long time to make us understand to book a taxi that only thanks to online translation (at the end we used our own app). The following morning we left early so we booked a breakfast box for which the desk made a note for the restaurant. That however was not ready at the moment of our departure. Fortunately in the morning the staff run and made it for us since nothing was ready. If you stay at this hotel be prepared to some difficult communication.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning during our stay and was unpleasant due to the hot weather. Only upon check-in completion, we were told the air conditional is under maintenence.

首先要説一下位置，2號地鐵線就在樓下不遠的地方，步行5分鐘，可以直達五一廣場，橘子洲，嶽麓山；不願意地鐵的可以步行到五一廣場，黃興路步行街，坡子街等，大約15分鐘即到，再遠一點天心閣，白沙古井約30放鍾；離米粉一條街步行5分鐘。交通方便。 再説房間，典型維也納酒店風格，不用太奢華，該有的都有，枕頭床墊是我比較喜歡的，休息很好，前台小姐姐還給我升級了房間，在23樓居高臨下俯瞰芙蓉廣場，感受星城長沙的夜生活。 安全性，電梯需要刷卡，所以安全性有保障

酒店位置非常好，出酒店就是就是地鐵2號線 ，在長沙去哪裡都方便，酒店設施更是沒的説，大堂還有自助的咖啡機，香氣撲鼻。進到房間裏面衞生乾淨整潔，一切都是恰到好處，需要送的物品也是快速反應非常及時，毫不吝嗇。酒店還貼心的張貼了旅遊攻略，每個細節都令人為之動容！！推薦推薦！！

酒店位於地鐵2號線附近，交通便利。前台免費升級，房間比原訂要大一些。整體環境乾淨整潔。前台服務人員熱情，介紹清晰明瞭。晚上還準備了暖心粥，雖然清淡，但是心意到位。

入住的體驗非常好，前台美女小曹主動給升了房。房間各項設施用起來都很順手，洗澡水又大又熱～沒有傳説中的廁所異味，早餐美味豐盛還有夜宵吃！地鐵站出賓館左轉下個坡就到了，是出遊的寶藏酒店！

商務大床房設施比較舊，水龍頭搖搖晃晃，但是地面面積感覺比純凈大床房大一些，還多一個小沙發等級和快捷連鎖酒店差不多，酒店大廳還是很氣派的，早餐品種不豐富，但能滿足一般住客的需求，對一個旅客來説，最起碼不用出去找早飯，而且還乾淨衞生，總體來説性價比還是可以的，畢竟住酒店還是安全的

幾乎從來不給差評的，真是忍不住了！ 衞生間返臭，搞得我一晚上幾乎沒有睡着，孩子早上起來去衞生間差點臭吐了！早上起來才發現孩子睡得床的被子裡邊有很大一塊黃色！而且臨近高架橋，就是窗户全關上，也有很大的噪音！主要是我們到的時候已經將近十二點了，一開始想着散散味就好些，沒有要求換房間，結果臭味➕噪音幾乎一夜沒有閤眼！另外就是房間特別小，衞生間特別特別小，胖一點的人洗澡都會轉不開身！而且床也很小，定的時候沒注意看，應該是一米的小雙床房一個大人帶一個小孩是睡不下的！唯一好的就是樓下就是地鐵口，交通方便！早餐也不好吃，沒啥東西
