I connected to the hotel's Zalo chat account to inquiry about the room rate. Admin wasn't helpful at all. He/she took so much time and did not even ask for my name while I already booked reservations. Until the point I got really upset, I told them I will complaint on TripAdvisor, the staff then texted me with a smiley face, with the text "You need to think again whether you can do it". The staff revoked the guest and challenged me to rate them on social media. What a ridiculous and worse services ever I have experienced. When I got to the hotel, there were no apologies, they did not even mentioned the issue upon check-ing in, they pretended like there was no issue at all. I gave you a chance to rectify your problem but you disappointed me Oceanward hotel!
