Hotel unsichtbar... noch Rue de la Croix Nivert, aber keine Beleuchtung, traurige oder sogar beunruhigende Fassade, neben einem Gebäude in Trümmern... doch drinnen eine freudige Überraschung! Komfortables Zimmer (bei der Ankunft kalt und nachts zu heiß...) und recht groß. Aber man muss alleine und unterwegs sein. Es ist gemütlich, aber ohne Stauraum.

Very friendly staff especially George on reception, very clean, bright room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is amazing, lady who looked after the area paid so much attention to cleaning and keeping things stocked up. I would love to stay here again, nothing negative to say and good value for money considering the location

It was clean, very well designed, comfortable, everything was mostly good! Staff were friendly and very responsive when we raise an issue. Loved it overall! The fact that the shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom with the first shower. However, staff immediately fixed this and cleaned the bathroom when we raised this issue. Thank you!

We came in the middle of a heat wave and were told our room had ac. The ac was broken but no one warned us. Our room was on the top floor and extremely hot, neither me nor my husband could sleep. When we complained the manager accused us of being ignorant americans who do not know about French AC systems. I lived in France and did not appreciate this attitude. Unbelievably experience. Staff in general were very rude and the check in process is unbelievably slow.

MY JEWLLERY that I left in the room because the safe was not working suddenly “disappear” . very cheap construction on the inside. my partner shut the door from the room and a piece of metal hit him in the head. the shower doesn’t close properly and all the water would come out. The toilet doesn’t have a window or a fan. the safety wasn’t working till I let them know. do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else!

We stayed here for 4 nights and are so pleased to have found this gem! This hotel was beautiful! Recently renovated - super clean and modern. Fantastic location. Friendly, helpful staff! Always someone on the reception to help. Would highly recommend! Thank you for your wonderful stay 🥰

Bedbugs warning! The number of bites increased since my first night, by the last, I was covered. I found bugs hidden in the bed. Other problems: noise from the road and from other rooms, and rude staff.

I has booked this Hotel for 2 Nights as a non refundable rate. Unfortunately i had to postphone my stay to november. I contacted the hotel through *********** 13 days prior to my initial arrival date for the first time without any response. Few days later again i wrote the Hotel still no feedback. Afterwards i wrote to the Hotel mail directly but no reply from the hotel. I even try to reach the hotel by phone several times in different days but nobody picking up the phone. Finally i could reach one staff but nothing he could do. I really disappointed by the service provided of this hotel. From my point of view as a past receptionist from a hotel it‘s hard to understand this Lack of professionalism.

I have recently stayed here and was very impressed by the warm welcome of this lovely family business. We stayed in suite 46 and the room was perfect and clean. We had good facilities provided for us and it was in a very good location from the eifle tower which was only a 15 minute walk away and could be seen from the hotel. However on the first night we found ants in our room and considering being in the first floor this was worrying. I told reception to which were no help and only offered downgrading our room by a very unhelpful man at reception. I said I will not downgrade when I have paid for a suite and he stirnly told me there was nothing her could do. I work in hospitality myself and I would have suggested to a distressed customer a refund for the first night and the issue to be sorted, in which it was not as the continued to come back. It is a lovely hotel but they need to sort out the issue. It would not have been a problem if the issue was dealt with professionally in which it was not. We asked to move to the suite next door which was empty but told we would have to pay extra. I would love to return as I am going to Paris in a few months but I will not pay for a room with ants
