I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Der Service war exzellent, die Zutaten im Restaurant vielfältig und frisch, und die Zimmer komfortabel, sauber und geräumig. Ich würde es meinen Freunden und meiner Familie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Schönes Hotel an einem privaten Sandstrand. Die Strandbungalows liegen sehr nah am Meer und wir haben es geliebt, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Das Hotel ist makellos und das Personal sammelt sogar den Müll vom Strand ein. Alle sind freundlich. Das Restaurant ist ideal gelegen und bietet köstliches Essen. Für mich das beste Hotel überhaupt!

Obwohl die Lage etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums liegt, gibt es in der Nähe ein Spa, einen Supermarkt, ein Café und Restaurants – die Einrichtungen vor Ort sind also super! Mit Wasserspielplatz, Schwimmbad und Wasserrutschen ist es ein wahres Paradies für Familien mit Kindern. Das Zimmer war in gutem Zustand und alle Angestellten waren freundlich, sodass ich keinerlei Unannehmlichkeiten hatte. Ich habe viele tolle Fotos gemacht und einen richtig entspannten Aufenthalt genossen! Ich komme auf jeden Fall das nächste Mal mit meinen Eltern wieder! 😆

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Anwesen selbst war wunderschön und der Service des Personals war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Pool und der Poolbereich waren fantastisch, auch der Strand bot einen großartigen Ort zum Entspannen mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Darüber hinaus war das Essen köstlich, was zu dem insgesamt positiven Erlebnis beitrug. Ich kann dieses Hotel für einen angenehmen und unterhaltsamen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen.

Ideal für den Urlaub. Jeden Abend gab es eine kostenlose Drohnenvorführung.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut. Auf der Küste kann man das Meer in der Nähe sehen. Der Stil ist sehr freundlich. Die Landschaft ist gut. Das Frühstück ist kein Selbsthilfe. Sie können eine Hauptgerichte und Getränke bestellen. Es ist ein Landschaftszimmer, und die Umgebung ist sehr bequem. Es ist der Ort, an dem Meeresfrüchte gegessen werden.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
