I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen entfernt, es gibt einen bequemen Geschäft umgeben, im Allgemeinen ist es sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist besser als gedacht, es kann warm kochen, aber die Klimaanlage ist etwas groß, das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Waschmaschine und ist für Gäste in einer Woche sehr bequem.

It was our first time visiting Baltimore as a family, and thanks to this hotel, we left with only great memories. The hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Right outside the hotel, we could ride bikes along the river and take morning walks—it was the perfect spot to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baltimore!

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Frühstück ist auch sehr groß, die 24-Stunden-Rezeption hat heißes Wasser und Kaffee, zu freundlich. Der einzige Mangel ist, obwohl das Fenster groß ist, kann nicht geöffnet werden, die Stimme der Klimaanlage ist relativ scharf

We were in town for a concert and we waited 4 hours to get our room before the concert and ended up getting ready in the hallways. We waiting in a long line 3 times because the desk kept telling us to check back later and to keep an eye on our phones for a text message for when our room was ready. We never received that text message. Unfortunately I think the situation at hand and the way it was handled was the issue other than that the hotel itself was fine. The desk had no information as to why the room was taking so long or when it would be ready. And when we asked they were rude about it and said that we were 1 of 500 guests trying to check in so we would just have to wait.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war schrecklich, kaum funktioniert überhaupt. Essen im Hotelrestaurant war nicht groß, vor allem für den Preis. Nur wirklich gutes Thema über diesen Ort ist die Lage, in der Nähe von Camden Yards und M&T Bank Stadium.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Ball Mooji District, das Hotel empfängt den kleinen Bruderservice sehr gut 👍. Es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant in der Nähe, um eine halbe Stunde zu gehen nach Innenhäfen, um verschiedene Arten von Gebäuden zu durchsuchen. Um eine oder zwei Minuten können Sie an der nächsten Busbahnhof ankommen, um eine halbe Stunde weniger. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr einfach, aber der Preis für den Aufenthalt im Hotel ist günstig. Aber die persönlichen Gefühle, dass die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen nicht gut sind, wenn Frauen Freunde empfehlen, die Reservierung zu überdenken, weil die Versicherungen an der Zimmertür schlecht sind (das sind beide Zimmer für mich).
