GGastnutzerWir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in den Windsor Suites. Die Lage ist 5 Gehminuten vom Rathaus entfernt und verschiedene Einrichtungen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Lobby gibt es auch Restaurants. Das Zimmer war SEHR geräumig – es hatte einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Es gab eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr! Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt hier sehr gut gefallen und wir werden dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der in Philly übernachtet.

WiFi and location are definitely 10/10 for me.
My first issue was with the refrigerator not working, I lowered the temp to the lowest possible setting but nothing changed and I notified the front desk and they said they would send someone to check within an hour and that person never showed up I’m not sure if they came while we were out but when we came back the refrigerator was still warm. This issue was never fixed up to the day we checked out. It was very disappointing as I had baby food that needed to be refrigerated.
The blinds in the bedroom do not block out any light at all and our room was opposite a parking lot which head very bright lights all night long it was so hard to fall asleep I hope the property can have better curtains or blinds.
Secondly, I’m not sure if I missed it somewhere about them not offering house keeping, at least there’s a washer and dryer so I just washed the towels on my own. We stayed 6 nights and no one ever came to refresh the rooms or even add more toilet paper or garbage bags.
The floors were visibly dirty and dusty like they haven’t been vacuumed in months.
The 9th floor common area was so filthy, the toilet was so dirty and smelly, the couch was so dirty I couldn’t even sit on it.
The central cooling/heating system makes a strange long noise every now and then and it kept waking up my child. I could find any way to turn it off and that was very frustrating.

BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatSecond time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day.
The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room.
I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one.
We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake.
They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to.
All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

GGastnutzerNice sized apartments with good kitchen facilities. The bathroom was nice and clean. Good sized double bed and sofa-bed. The only downside was the noise from the neighbours, the rooms are not very sound-proof, the neighbour upstairs when flushing toilet was very noisy can wake you up.

LL RisticJuan at the front desk saved the day as I needed to change two rooms- the first one was dirty and the second one smelled like smoke. Juan made sure he got me a room that was clean and even went with me to make sure. The staff is courteous and professional.

JJulie LevineDas Hotel war nicht bis zum Snuff. Es gab eine Art Sportteam dort, und nur 2 Aufzüge, so wartete eine Linie auf den Aufzug. Es gab auch nur eine Person am Büro, also, wieder, eine lange Warte auf die Eincheckung. Als ich sagte: ”Gee du wirklich hier Hilfe brauchtest,” sagte die Frau: ”Nein, ich bin okay. Ich habe drei Kinder, ich kann das behandeln!” (Nun, es war nicht Sie, ich war mir Sorgen um, Lady!) Auch, der Parkpreis $25, sonst können Sie auf der Straße parken (Absolut keine Räume!) Oder gehen Sie die Straße zu einem bezahlten Teil. Das Zimmer war ausreichend, der Ort war sauber, aber es war definitiv nicht den hohen Preis wert.

JJIANYINGGute Lage und bequemer Transport, aber die Umgebung ist relativ schmutzig. Es liegt in der Nähe des Greyhound-Busbahnhofs und des Sonderbahnhofs des Flughafens. Die Fassade des Hotels ist relativ klein und muss sorgfältig durchsucht werden. Dank separatem Schild am Eingang, sonst leicht zu übersehen
