Pleasant stay at hop inn songkhla. Room was clean and well maintained. The only things to complain is the availability of hair dryer, you had to request from the counter and is is limited sometimes.

I was in room #4 which is near the terrace on the harbour. Guests of rooms 1 to 3 will walk along the 2 windows but you just draw the curtains if you want your privacy or sleep. The terrace offered nice harbor views and space for 5 o clock tea and early morning coffee. The free breakfast was outstanding and the restaurant/lobby has a touch of a museum. Great choice. Very recommended. Shower, fridge, kettle, TV, a/c all in perfect condition

Ich war beeindruckt von dem Mitarbeiter, der an diesem Tag ans Telefon ging und mir den Weg erklärte. Er war freundlich und hilfsbereit, wirkte nicht genervt, als ich nach dem Weg fragte, und gab mir detaillierte Erklärungen. Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Auschecken waren sie ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft die Fugen im Badezimmer.

Service: Wenn es Zimmer gibt, können Sie die Reisenden vorzeitig aufhalten. Einrichtungen: Es gibt Betten, Kühlschrank, Kälte, drei Schalen, aber es ist sehr unkomfortabel, aus dem Bett zu gehen. Alles ist neu. Aber die Lage ist weit entfernt. Es gibt nichts zu essen.

Zimmer 4B wurde bei der Eincheckung unzureichend gereinigt, mit Haar und Bänder überall im Boden verstreut. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, wurde der Boden gespült. Auf unserem Antrag wurde das Zimmer endlich auch gemoppt. Die Ecken des Zimmers und des Untergeschosses blieben jedoch schmutzig. Der Küchenboden war fest und zerstörerisch. Erst später erkannten wir, dass das gesamte Zimmer von der Schlamm betroffen war, da es keine Lüftung und keine Möglichkeit gab, ein Fenster für frische Luft zu öffnen. Noch nie!

Das Zimmer ist sauber, riecht aber muffig, als wäre es nicht belüftet. Aber wenn die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet ist, fühlt es sich besser an. Das Bett ist gut, geräumig, hat einen Balkon und liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Personal ist in Ordnung. Es gibt zahlreiche praktische Parkmöglichkeiten. Es gibt auch einen Swimmingpool, den Kinder lieben werden.

Stayed here last night and had a pleasant experience overall. The kids’ pool was a highlight—clean, fun, and perfect for families traveling with children. The service was also commendable. The staff were very helpful in arranging our room and went the extra mile to assist us with moving our luggage, especially since there is no lift facility. Their effort made our stay much more comfortable and appreciated. Overall, a good stay with thoughtful service.

Room is spacious and clean. Cleaner mops the floor everyday. Location walkable to old town. There is a 7/11 next to it. There is a gym in this hotel and u have to pay 150baht. I suggest the hotel to include the gym price into the hotel room rate so that people can use the gym freely.

I had a wonderful overall experience at Oriental Villa ( minibar is free). The highlight of the stay was definitely the cottage's proximity to a massive lake, which offers a truly magnificent view. A great perk for in-house guests is the free kayak rental. Each villa has its own reserved parking. It was incredible to lie by the pool at night and watch the stars. The breakfast sent to villa. One thing to note: the property is very integrated with nature. If you have a phobia of lizards or cats, this might not be the best fit for you. However, if you're just visiting for the day, you can still enjoy the lake; kayaking is available for outside guests at a reasonable rate of 120 baht per hour.
