AAnonymer BenutzerMy recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

AAnonymer BenutzerIch habe ein Dreibettzimmer reserviert, aber das Hotel hat uns großzügig auf ein Suitezimmer ohne zusätzliche Kosten aufgebaut. Es war so eine wunderbare Überraschung! Die Suite war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allen Einrichtungen, die wir benötigten. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, und die allgemeine Atmosphäre war entspannend. Danke für das Hotelteam für die gedankevolle Geste es machte unser Aufenthalt noch erinnerebarer.

GGastnutzerIch habe noch nie in diesem Hotel übernachtet, obwohl ich Medina schon mehrmals besucht habe. Die Lage ist okay. Es liegt in der Nähe des Damen- und Herreneingangs, sodass man zu den Gebetszeiten gut hineinkommt. Ich würde sagen, es sind zügige 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt viele Restaurants, kleine Stände und auch tolles pakistanisches Essen direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel selbst müsste mal renoviert werden. Die Zimmertüren blättern ab und die Möbel sind alt. Die Toilettenartikel hingegen sind von der tollen Marke BYREDO. Die Aufzüge waren sehr voll und brauchten lange, um zu unserer Etage zu gelangen, ebenso wie im Erdgeschoss. Das Frühstück war Standard, aber frisch. Am Service der Mitarbeiter, insbesondere an Feras an der Rezeption und im Housekeeping, kann ich nichts aussetzen. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

GGuest UserIch habe mich wirklich gefreut, mit diesem Hotel zu tun zu haben – von den großartigen Empfangsmitarbeitern über das Sicherheitspersonal und die Dienstaufsicht bis hin zu den Restaurantangestellten. Als syrisch-deutscher Staatsbürger empfehle ich jedem, dieses Hotel zu besuchen.

SSazDas Hotel liegt hervorragend in unmittelbarer Nähe der Prophetenmoschee, sodass man bequem zu jeder Gebetszeit in die Moschee gehen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Hotel ist sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
