Lovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options. Definitely try the vegan strawberry cake, it was the breakfast highlight for us. As they are renovating spa we couldn't use the hotel ones (we will have to come back to try). They offered options nearby but we opted for a different place for our massages in the end. Overall great stay and we will definitely come back.

Ich dachte, es sei ein älteres Hotel, aber nach dem Einchecken stellte ich fest, dass es renoviert worden war. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann den Volkspalast auf der anderen Straßenseite sehen, im ersten Stock gibt es LV und andere bekannte Markengeschäfte, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es wäre noch perfekter, wenn es etwas chinesisches Essen gäbe.

Das Zimmer war gut in Bukarest gelegen und sauber und hell. Ein guter Ort für Geschäftsreisende.

Die Lage war super, der Hauptbahnhof war fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings gab es keinen Föhn und abends war niemand an der Rezeption.

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Es war in Ordnung, aber die Fenster klapperten nachts ständig im Wind, und es gab keine Handtücher. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Gasse. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. In den E-Mails stand jedoch immer, dass der Selbst-Check-in erst nach 22 Uhr möglich sei und Rumänien einen schlechten Ruf in Sachen Sicherheit habe. Deshalb fühlte ich mich unwohl, falls nachts niemand da sein sollte. Tatsächlich war aber jeder da, was irreführend war. Wenn du als Frau nachts anreist, solltest du dir das gut überlegen.

Die Einrichtungen waren sauber. Die Anreise ist ebenfalls bequem, da man direkt mit der Straßenbahn vorfahren kann. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass es vor Ort Zahlungsmöglichkeiten gibt und auch die Schließfächer nicht kostenlos sind.

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, direkt im Stadtzentrum. Es handelt sich um eine relativ bekannte Jugendherberge mit acht Betten in einem Zimmer. Wenn Ihr Budget darin besteht, mit kleinem Budget durch Europa zu reisen, können Sie sich für dieses Angebot entscheiden. Es ist sauber und hygienisch und das Badewasser ist sehr heiß. Im Raum waren Menschen aus der ganzen Welt.
