Tolles Hotel, übertrifft alle Erwartungen, elegant und komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Obwohl es sich um ein Buffet handelt, sind Geschmack und Qualität sehr gut. Die Lage ist auch ausgezeichnet, nur drei Gehminuten vom Schlossplatz entfernt! Das Zimmer ist auch gut, das Badezimmer ist groß und komfortabel, die Toilettenartikel sind von französischen Marken, alles ist perfekt.

Really nice and clean hotel. Brand new. Very convenient for stay before/ after flight from Chopin Airport - located in 5 min by taxi. Beds are clean and comfortable. Cozy room. Tea pot, tea and instant coffee in the room. I will definitely stay here every time I have flight from Chopin. The only thing I would like to recommend to Hotel - add more hygiene items: slippers, dental kit, separate shampoo and conditioner, and also an ironing board + iron. For travellers it’s very important to have a possibility get fully ready next part of journey.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Warschau! Ich habe drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und war rundum begeistert. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte ein super bequemes Bett. Besonders gefallen hat mir die kleine Kaffee- und Teestation sowie das geräumige Bad. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Skyline von Warschau war ein echtes Highlight! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – egal ob beim Check-in, bei Restaurantempfehlungen oder der Organisation eines Taxis zum Flughafen. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: große Auswahl, frisch zubereitete Speisen und regionale Spezialitäten. Ich habe mich jeden Morgen darauf gefreut. Insgesamt ein top Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es absolut empfehlen!

I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here. Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience. Main concerns: 1. Reception attitude The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer. Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no. 2. Operational atmosphere You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling. 3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this. • Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed. 4. Housekeeping behavior • Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond. • Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable. 5. Fitness facilities The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout. 6. Lobby There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. 7. Maintenance Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable Conclusion: The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing. I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens. Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi ist sehr sauber, aber das Zimmer ist zu klein. Es gibt keine Hausschuhe und Zahnbürsten der Kellner im Voraus.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Vorhänge und Trennwände waren robust und bequem. Der Bereich unter dem Bett war etwas schmutzig, aber das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen sauber. Obwohl es noch vor der Check-out-Zeit war, kam das Reinigungspersonal und fragte, ob das Bett noch benutzt sei, sodass ich mich etwas beeilen musste.

Ich habe gefrühstückt und es war köstlich mit typisch polnischem Essen. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Schreibtisch war mit Eisen beschichtet und die Dusche war im polnischen Stil.
