We stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel. The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated. In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant. Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet, liegt in einer tollen Lage und die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Dreibettzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett und ist somit ideal für Familienurlaube. Der Service ist exzellent, das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss bietet köstliche Speisen, und auch die Cocktails und der Kaffee sind sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Spa- und Pool-/Saunabereich. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten; das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend.

Das Hotel ist einzigartig schön, moderne, ein Kunstwerk. Das Zimmer super schön, gross und angehme & praktisch e eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältige und reich. Das Personal sind durchaus freundlichen, hilfreiche und fleissig., Dieses Hotel kommen wir gerne immer wieder.

Impressive stay at the hotel with original concept in a cosy stylish old building. The genuine atmosphere based on old cinema vibes, there is even a small cinema hall on the premices with a classic films shown in the evening. Very friendly welcoming professional service. The room is spacious and cozy, with good internet, there is kitchen corner and all amenities provided, and to crown it all, - a high quality coffee machine with capsules available all day. There is only one note, - for those who care about healthy sleep and for China guests in particular the mattress should nave been a bit less soft. The breakfast is good, with original local notes like zurek soup and fresh apple pancakes, the in-house restaurant is also worth visiting, but the adjacent area also bustles with nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy.

Hotel Tobaco zachwyca unikalnym połączeniem industrialnego klimatu dawnej fabryki z eleganckim, retro wystrojem i komfortowymi udogodnieniami. Doskonała lokalizacja, smaczne śniadania oraz strefa relaksu sprawiają, że to idealne miejsce zarówno na pobyt biznesowy, jak i turystyczny.

Bardzo ładny, schludny i czysty pokój. Zdała od zgiełku, ale blisko centrum. Przystanek tramwajowy 300m od hotelu, z którego w parę minut dojedzie się na stare miasto. Do tego atrakcyjna cena noclegu. Napewno wróciłabym do tego hotelu przy kolejnym pobycie w Łodzi.

Wenn ich Preis und Qualität vergleiche. Ich würde 0 geben. Alte Einrichtungen. Die Wohnung war schön. Bett war gut. Frühstück sehr gut. Die Dame im Dienst war ständig und sehr freundlich. Empfang sehr hilfreich. Der Pool funktioniert leider bis 21:00 Uhr.

Der Service erhöht den Komfort des Besuchs.

Hostel with general quality like hotel but very poor noise cancellation, you can hear everything from corridor and other rooms. Bathrooms were ok, there is also sink in rooms. When price is attractive it can be worth a try but keep in mind you can have worse sleep than in standard hotel.
