Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Sogo insgesamt und möchte meine Erfahrung teilen. Das Hotel war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer war teuer, das Bett war komfortabel und die Einrichtungen funktionierten während meines Aufenthalts. Ich habe auch das Personal geschätzt, das freundlich, freundlich und immer bereit war, zu helfen, wann immer ich Fragen hatte oder Hilfe benötigt. Ihr Professionalismus machte mich begrüßen und zu den positiven Erfahrungen hinzugefügt. Eines, was ich etwas schwer fand, war die Aufzugsposition. Da es etwas versteckt ist, dauerte es mir eine Weile, um ihn zu finden, vor allem als erster Gast. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn das Hotel sichtbarere Richtungszeichen installieren oder klarere Anleitungen bei der Eincheckung anbieten könnte, so dass die Gäste den Aufzug ohne Verwirrung leicht finden können. Neben dieser kleinen Sorge war alles andere ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel bietet eine komfortable und entspannende Umgebung, und ich war mit der Qualität der Dienstleistung zufrieden, die ich erhalten habe. Die Sauberkeit, Erschwinglichkeit und Komfort machten meinen Aufenthalt angenehm. Insgesamt würde ich meine Erfahrung 8 von 10. Mit einigen Verbesserungen der Aufzugssignale glaube ich, die Gästeerfahrung wäre noch besser. Danke für Ihre Gastfreundschaft an das ganze Hotel Sogo Team. Am front desk ging alles sehr schnell und gut voran. Sauberkeit ist top und die lage sehr gut. Freu mich immer wieder hier einzuchecken.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

Ich hatte ein schönes, komfortables und schalldichtes Zimmer und habe sehr gut geschlafen. Es ist das einzige Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe des internationalen Flughafens von Davao. Es gibt keinen Aufzug; man muss an der Rezeption um Hilfe beim Gepäcktransport bitten.

Great location over looking people’s park nice place to sit and watch the world go by subject to rain of course. Hotel staff pleasant and obliging. Rooms dated bed (2 singles room ) poor,  linen clean but mattress old and sheets didn’t fit the mattress Towels threadbare shower was cold Overall not the best  experience and wouldn’t stay again
