Hotels in der Nähe von Abreeza Einkaufszentrum, Davao

Tolles hotel, nur die Lage an einer lauten Hauptstraße ist nicht so schön. Sonst ein sauberes und für Davao gutes Hotel.

Meine einzige wirkliche Beschwerde ist, dass wir einen tropfenden Wasserhahn hatten, abgesehen davon war es ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, freundliches Personal und eine großartige Lage.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

What I liked: - good location - excellent customer service - beautiful reception - the breakfast was authentic and tasty What I did not like: - cockroach was found in my room - the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year - the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here, - it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable

Es ist so toll! Wie kann es so toll sein? Es ist so toll, in einem so schönen und hochwertigen Hotel in Davao übernachten zu können

Sehr ruhig und sauber . Zwar kein Frühstück oder Ähnliches aber dafür kann man nicht weit weg gut essen gehen . Unsere 4 Tage waren sehr angenehm und entspannt. Werden bei Anreise oder Abreise auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin gehen .

The room is clean and spacious, the location is great which is accessible to the bus terminal and near sm ecoland. Food is great and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Ich hatte ein schönes, komfortables und schalldichtes Zimmer und habe sehr gut geschlafen. Es ist das einzige Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe des internationalen Flughafens von Davao. Es gibt keinen Aufzug; man muss an der Rezeption um Hilfe beim Gepäcktransport bitten.

It was a good stay overall. We had to look for somewhere to stay because of the travel time going home and the work. Although the rates are cheap, I just wish there was a direct email/phone number to contact the facility directly. We ended up having to pay extra for checking in an hour earlier because we couldn’t reach out to anyone regarding that matter. We were only checked in for 8 hours in total.

Great location over looking people’s park nice place to sit and watch the world go by subject to rain of course. Hotel staff pleasant and obliging. Rooms dated bed (2 singles room ) poor,  linen clean but mattress old and sheets didn’t fit the mattress Towels threadbare shower was cold Overall not the best  experience and wouldn’t stay again
