Die Serviceleistungen der Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut. Sie waren alle respektvoll gegenüber den Gästen. Das Essen im Frühstücksbuffet war großartig. Die Lebensmittelsorte war ausgezeichnet, aber es hatte keine Obstsaft zur Verfügung. Andernfalls hatte auch der Lotus Blue Cafe zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis tolles Essen. Die Lage war sehr nahe dem Hauptstadtgebiet und zu Fuß zu sauberen Malls mit viel Speise- und Restaurantoptionen. Das Gebiet ist auch sehr sicher und freundlich. Leider hatten wir eine schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Zimmer. Der Warmwasserheizgerät im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Wir berichteten sofort, dass an das Frontdesk. Sie schickten eine Wartungsmechanik, um es zu reparieren, aber die gleiche Frage jedes Mal, wenn wir versuchten, die Dusche zu verwenden. Sie versprach, den Heizgerät zu ersetzen, während wir auf unserer Tour weg waren, aber als wir zurück kamen, war der Heizgerät noch nicht funktioniert. Das Wasser aus der Dusche würde zuerst sehr heiß und schwer zu richten. Dann nachdem das Wasser sehr kalt kam. Ich berichtete die gleiche Frage an das Frontdesk, aber keine Ergebnisse. Danke, dass wir nur zwei Tage gefangen waren.

My Experience is nice one. All staff are very accommodating, polite and very welcoming 🥰😀 room is nice, somw parts of the room have some damage thay needs to be repair but they are responsive in fixing those rooms. Thats All, Thank you so much, God bless

We had a wonderful family stay at The Oriental Legazpi. The hotel offers one of the best views of Mayon Volcano, and waking up to such a stunning landscape was truly unforgettable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of delicious food, and the amenities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent for both adults and kids. The location is convenient, with easy access to popular attractions like Cagsawa Ruins, Daraga Church, and Sumlang Lake. It also has ample parking, which was a plus since we traveled by car. Overall, The Oriental Legazpi exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with breathtaking views of Mayon Volcano and excellent service, this hotel is definitely worth booking. We would gladly stay here again.

Our flight was early in the morning, so we arrived at the Inn at 8 am. 1. We opted for early check in (Php100/hour) 2. But since the room type that we booked was not available, we paid for the room difference so we could rest (upgraded from double room to family room). Cons: 1. The upgraded room had no bottled waters. In the evening of our second day, I saw one of the staff distributing bottled waters to a room with newly arrived guests. When I asked where are our bottled waters, the staff said we are supposed to received upon first night check in. I told the staff that we didn’t receive, the staff didn’t provide for our room, and just said that we can get from the water dispenser downstairs. 2. The blanket was so thin, it was as thin as the sheets NOT suitable for an airconditioned room. 3. A glass of hot water (for coffee/hot drinks/noodles purposes) costs Php5. 4. The hallway was not clean, dusty and with fallen leaves/flowers from the potted plants. 5. The shower hose leaks, we’ve been to two different rooms— but it was the same case both shower hoses were leaking so the water pressure was slow. 6. The bathroom water drains very slowly. In the two different rooms we’ve been to, it is the same case. We were assigned to two different rooms on the second level. 7. The compound has signages that it is a no-smoking zone— but it is not true. They allow guests to smoke inside. (See picture) 8. Not enough parking spaces inside. So our car was parker outside and in the adjacent lot. Pros: 1. Clean sheets, pillow cases/ covers. Excellent white and smells clean. We also see how they diligently iron all their sheets. 2. Spacious family room. The double room was just right. It’s a bit tight for a family (with a kid) especially if you have luggages.

Дружелюбный персонал, заселили в 10 утра. Номер большой и чистый, из окошка видно вулкан. На завтрак силонг и кофе. Хорошее расположение - автовокзал в 10 минутах ходьбы. Из минусов - вайфай пропадает, нет горячей воды, дверь в номер открывается с трудом.

Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

The FO staff were all friendly and helpful. Although the inn is on the 3rd flr of the building, a kind man helped us carry our luggages, and the magnificent Mayon can be clearly seen from there. I liked my stay there especially because it is near to Gaisano Mall, SM Mall, Yashano, Pacific Mall, and the Sento Hotel where my training was held. Plus, there’s a food park just next to the building. It was literally near to everything domestic travelers needed to go.
