Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby was elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, creating a luxurious first impression. Our room was even more impressive — modern, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the room offered a stunning view that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt – Mein neues Lieblingshotel in Iloilo! Ich habe kürzlich im Figtree Hotel Iloilo übernachtet und war absolut begeistert. Ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass ich dieses Hotel für alle meine zukünftigen Reisen nach Iloilo buchen werde! Die Lage ist fantastisch und unglaublich praktisch, da man das SM City Iloilo bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel in der Nähe bekannter Restaurants – Alicia's und Netong's liegen im nahegelegenen Atria Mall, und Tatoy's befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Insgesamt sind das Hotel und die Zimmer bemerkenswert sauber. Als Alleinreisende hatte ich ein Zimmer mit der perfekten Größe. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Restaurant im 5. Stock, das ein großartiges Frühstücksbuffet mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen bietet – der perfekte Start in den Tag, bevor man seine Unternehmungen startet. Neben den Annehmlichkeiten ist das Personal äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend. Erwähnenswert ist auch die barrierefreie Gestaltung des Hotels, die für alle Gäste geeignet ist und über gut zugängliche Einrichtungen wie einen zuverlässigen Aufzug und breite, bequeme Treppen verfügt. We are locals of Iloilo and always on staycation in several hotels in the city. This is the first time we stayed in citadines  mngt in the city which formerly amigo terrace hotel.  We booked 2 rooms for week end stay. Room is nice, comfortable. Location is great. Staffs are warm and friendly.  Breakfast is rubbish ! Boom panis! Yes , the fried rice is spoiled not just normal spoil but it’s webbed liquid. For sure it’s over a day or stored completely out of temperature. To align with similar 4 stars in the city in terms of food, this hotel is behind. Limited selection charging of 400 pesos for breakfast, agree that this is cheap also compare to other hotels.  The whole family didn’t enjoyed the breakfast, we ate but with the doubt of unsafe food.

Das Hotel liegt in einer großartigen Lage, das Ambiente ist angenehm und komfortabel, und das Essen war durchweg gut. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer ist großartig. Lage ist in der Nähe von SM City Iloilo, zu Fuß. In der Nähe der Ablenkungsstraße, erwartete ich nicht, dass unser Zimmer einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Tauch und sogar ein Essentisch hat. Genau wie ein Pad. Wir blieben im Zimmer in Bangkok, nur so wissen, dass das kostenlose WLAN nicht das Zimmer erreichen kann.

Ong Bun Pension House is a decent and budget-friendly place to stay. The location is convenient and the place itself is generally okay for short stays. The rooms are simple but comfortable enough if you’re just looking for a place to rest after a day of exploring. However, one thing to note is that the number of CRs and shower rooms is quite limited, which can sometimes be inconvenient when many guests are staying at the same time. There may be times when you have to wait, especially during busy hours. Overall, it’s still a reasonable option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and don’t mind the shared facilities.

Das Personal war freundlich.. ich habe hier vor gebucht und der Service war gut.. nur Handtücher wurde bereitgestellt und keine anderen.. der Ort war gut ... Das Zimmer war im 3. Stock gelegen und Sie müssen nur Treppen verwenden, es ist ok.. Ich sollte sagen, dass ich immer noch in Reddoorz ledesco bleiben werde..
