GGastnutzerSuper Lage, 20 Minuten entfernt vom Flughafen. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Alles sehr unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Zusätzlich war das Frühstücksbüffet sehr vielfältig.

AAnonymer BenutzerIch hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Zimmer hatte Standardgröße, war aber sehr komfortabel und verfügte über ein gemütliches Bett, in dem man wunderbar entspannen konnte. Die Klimaanlage sorgte für angenehme Kühlung, was ich sehr zu schätzen wusste. Ich war positiv überrascht von den kostenlosen Snacks und Getränken im Zimmer, zusätzlich zum Standard-Flaschenwasser. Der Verdunkelungsvorhang funktionierte perfekt und sorgte für eine dunkle und erholsame Atmosphäre. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend und ermöglichte auf Anfrage sogar einen späten Check-out um eine Stunde. Und das Frühstück war köstlich, mit vielen leckeren Optionen. Insgesamt ein wundervolles Erlebnis!

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer war sehr klein und ich musste einen Fön anfordern. Der Standort war sowohl ein Vorteil als auch ein Nachteil. Es war schön, dass es in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums war, aber draußen war es so laut, dass man kaum schlafen konnte. Es war sauber, aber die Klimaanlage war zu laut. Es ist schwer zu empfehlen.

EElla L.The hotel looks nice, and the staff are generally friendly and smiling, especially the doorman and the guard who were always ready to help get a cab. Its location is convenient, just about 6 minutes away from SM J Mall.
However, there were a few disappointments. The photos showed amenities like slippers, but there were none during our stay. The hot shower also wasn’t hot. I originally booked 5 nights for a Superior Executive Room through Trip.com at ₱1,954 per night. Later, I decided to extend for 1 more night, but the front desk charged me over ₱2,900 for that additional night. When I asked why, mentioning that the Trip.com rate was still ₱1,954, the staff advised me to book directly with them instead of using the app, saying it would be “easier.” Unfortunately, that advice wasn’t helpful, and I ended up paying the higher rate.
The price difference between ₱1,954 and ₱2,900 for the same room left me very disappointed, and I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

ZZuoanniyingIch habe vergessen, ein Foto vom Zimmer zu machen, aber es liegt in der Nähe von Cebus angesagtestem Nachtclub. Für ein kurzes Nickerchen ist es gut geeignet. Die Sauberkeit war eher durchschnittlich. Der Service war so lala, das Bett nicht sauber und die Klimaanlage alt. Der Preis ist jedoch wirklich günstig, daher ist es ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wenn man nur einen Schlafplatz sucht. Wer besseren Service und höhere Qualität erwartet, dem rate ich leider zu einer anderen Unterkunft. Beim Auschecken gab es ein kleines Problem: Angeblich fehlte meine rote Decke. Wir diskutierten eine Weile, bis sie schließlich sagten, es sei in Ordnung. Später erfuhren wir, dass sie beim Reinigen vergessen hatten, sie wieder aufzulegen. Ätzend!

BBaxmehI have few things to say about my stay in RedDoorz New Era.
First, I made a request for an early check in 4 or 5 weeks ago because my flight was scheduled to arrive at 8am. I reached at the hotel at around 9am but the reception asked me for an additional charge of 500 pesos which for me was such a big amount considering the cost of the overnight stay. I booked the hotel at US$14 (around 800 pesos a night) plus 500 pesos (around $9). The older receptionist just needs a lot of money.
Second, the red pillows were very smelly. I guess they never wash or change it's pillow case cause the sweat of previous guests still stuck in them.
Third, The hotel doesn't have slippers so you should bring your own. There's no hooks or anything that you can hang towel or something inside the bathroom as well.
And lastly, the housekeeper keeps on shouting and knocking... no, it's banging the door in the morning at around 10:10am just to ask if I am extending my stay. It was very distracting and unethical. If a guest has plans to extend, I guess he/she is responsible enough to inform the receptionist, otherwise, it is understood that he/she is leaving.
There's one thing though that this hotel is fair enough during my stay, the am shift guard was quite helpful.
Overall assessment is not recommended. You can find a much better hotels (budget hotels) around Cebu city and mandaue.
