Our stay was truly amazing, made even more special by the excellent accommodation and outstanding service we received throughout our visit. From the very beginning, everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. A big part of what made our trip so smooth and stress-free was the incredible assistance from the manager, Ethen. She was very easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Even before we arrived, she had already taken care of all the important arrangements for us. From organizing our pick-up at the port to ensuring a comfortable transfer to the hotel, everything was perfectly coordinated. What impressed us even more was how she helped arrange all our tours. We didn’t have to worry about planning or logistics at all—every activity was thoughtfully scheduled, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. Her effort and dedication really made a difference, and it felt like we were in very capable hands the entire time. Shoutout also to their staff Kate for ensuring our boat tickets. The accommodation itself was equally wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with the perfect place to rest after our daily activities. Everything about our stay felt organized, relaxing, and enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great accommodation and Ethen’s-the manager exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-organized getaway.

Ein wunderschönes Resort am vielleicht schönsten Strand Mindoros. Sehr aufmerksames Personal und gutes, abwechslungsreiches Essen im eigenen Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Pool und das Meer.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Essen und eine wunderschöne Unterkunft! Die privaten Villen waren fantastisch, allerdings muss man einige Stufen überwinden, um dorthin zu gelangen... Man erreicht sie mit dem Boot, aber es lohnt sich! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus liegt in Strandnähe und bietet direkten Meerblick. Es ist sauber und hygienisch, allerdings sind keine Decken vorhanden. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist etwas schwach. Frühstück ist inklusive. An der Rezeption können Sie Taxis rufen und Bootstickets für andere Ausflugsziele buchen.

Das Resort bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Strand, von dem aus man direkt schwimmen kann. Da es sich um einen felsigen Strand handelt, sind Badeschuhe empfehlenswert. Besonders schön ist, dass man dort Fische und Korallen beobachten kann. Es gibt einen eigenen Pool und einen wunderschönen Garten, in dem man Fotos machen oder einfach spazieren gehen und die frische Luft genießen kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant bietet leckere philippinische, italienische und amerikanische Gerichte an, die man bequem vor Ort essen kann. Wir konnten die Pizza nicht aufessen, daher bot uns das Personal an, sie am nächsten Tag aufzuwärmen. Außerdem werden Tuk-Tuk-Touren zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Puerto Gallery angeboten, bei denen man die Schönheit der Natur entdecken und mehr über das Leben der Menschen vor Ort erfahren kann. Kurz gesagt: Wenn Sie einen schönen, entspannenden und ruhigen Ort zum Abschalten suchen, ist dieses Resort eine hervorragende Wahl. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir die Gelegenheit haben, wiederzukommen ❤️

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Eltern die Cocktails 😊 Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine gute Auswahl und die Speisekarte war köstlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist gut erreichbar und liegt direkt am Strand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen, wenn wir den White Beach in Puerto Galera besuchen.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, der Preis für die fünfmonatige Urlaubszeit ist billig. Die Innenhygiene ist gut, die Handtücher und andere Produkte sind frisch, die Zahnfäden werden gepflückt, es ist besser, das Haar zu waschen. Sehr nahe am Meer, 3 Minuten zu Fuß, neben dem Tauchclub gibt es viele. Die umliegenden Mahlzeiten können auch getrunken werden, das koreanische Restaurant ist nicht schlecht.

Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅
