Belmond Kloster: Das Beste Hotel in Cusco, Beyond Any Comparison Ohne Übertreibung ist Belmond Monasterio das beste Hotel in Cusco. Auch nachdem ich zwei weitere hochpreisige Belmond-Eigenschaften und die JW Marriott versucht habe, glaube ich nachdrücklich, dass dies die ultimative Wahl ist. Die Schönheit dieses Hotels ist über die Worte hinaus. Die eleganten öffentlichen Räume und ruhige Gärten schaffen eine Atmosphäre der zeitlosen Ruhe. Die klassischen, historischen Wände schütteln Geschichten der Vergangenheit, während die schlauen goldenen Kapelle ein atemberaubendes Gefühl der Großheit hinzufügt. Jedes Detail ist ein Meisterwerk. Aber was wirklich Belmond Monasterio absetzt ist sein Service. Das Personal ist warm, professionell und wirklich betreuend. Ihre Service-Einstellung ist unvermeidlichVielleicht das Beste in Südamerika. Ein gutes Beispiel: Als ich meine Kreditkarte verloren habe, fanden sie sie und gaben sie schnell zurück. Im Vergleich zum Los Cabos Waldorf (die ich aufgrund seiner Preisgestaltung erwähne), ist dieser Hotelservice auf einem anderen Niveau unendlich persönlicher, gedankenvoll und Herzensgefühl. Ich würde meinen Butler gerne eine besondere Anerkennung geben, obwohl ich leider seinen Namen vergessen habe. Kurz gesagt, ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Ein kleines, charmantes Familienhotel in einem traditionellen Innenhof in Cusco. Ausgezeichnetes, hausgemachtes Frühstück, gute Dusche, Kabelfernsehen im Zimmer. Der Hoteldirektor José half uns bei der Buchung von Ausflügen und gab uns Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Seine Empfehlung für das traditionelle peruanische Restaurant Crajabel war hervorragend: authentische peruanische Küche zu fairen Preisen und ein Balkon mit Blick auf einen historischen Platz. Herzlichen Dank an den Hotelbesitzer José und seinen Sohn Johan für ihre Unterstützung und ihren außergewöhnlichen Einsatz.

I stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel. Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far. Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back. I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

I arrived in the hotel found that the bath tub doesn’t have stopper so asked them to provide stopper but was given a day later and there is no hand wash provided. No soap provided on my last day. Also the hotel staff asked me to pay additional $55.00 as they don’t seem to have record of my arrival to Peru and I have come illegally to Peru.. I have to argue about it and finally they found my arrival details. Breakfast is fantastic and cleanliness is good as well.. Apart from minor issues it is good..near to all amenities .

Had two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.

Das Hotel Santa Maria war das beste Hotel während meines Aufenthalts in Peru, das nicht nur Cusco, sondern auch Lima und Aguas Calientes umfasste. Das Bett war komfortabel, das Wifi funktionierte gut und zuverlässig, und die Serie war in mehreren Möglichkeiten ausgezeichnet. Als ich zum Beispiel um 10 Uhr nach dem Fliegen 28 Stunden einen Flughafen pickup beantragte, nahm mich ein freundlicher Fahrer auf. Ruby war besonders hilfreich und sehr freundlich und wollte das Beste für mich als Touristen in ihrem Land. Sie stellte Folgefragen zu meiner Erfahrung bei Machu Picchu nach Rückkehr von Machu Picchu Pueblo. Es war eine tolle spanische Praxis! Die Männer vorangestellten Mitarbeiter waren auch gentlemen bereit, zu helfen. Neben dem sehr Gastgeber-Demonor hat der Tourdienst auch meine Reise gerettet. Ich habe eine separate Stadttour mit einem anderen Unternehmen auf Trip.com reserviert, aber diese Tour ist nie passiert. Die Tourdienste von Santa Maria gab mir jedoch genau das, was ich von ihrem eigenen Tour Buchungsservice von Edith verwaltet wollte. So, Ruhe sicher, dass der Service auch zuverlässig ist. Besorgt über Online-Stadttouren online in Cusco. Keine Sorge in diesem Hotel, aber. Ich habe es auch für die Rainbow Mountain-Excursion verwendet. Mit Hotel Santa Maria hätte ich nicht wirklich Cusco, Peru erlebt! Vielen Dank für die Hilfe, die ich mir bei der Traumreise in vollem Umfang realisiert habe!

К сожалению я не довольна отелем. Первое - здесь нет отопления, ни одной батареи. На третий день пребывания я заболела из-за холода. Почитав отзывы, я поняла что можно попросить обогреватель, что я и сделала. Второе - слышимость действительно сильная. Огромные щели в дверях номера. Слышно абсолютно всё - как люди приходят и уходят, смотрят телевизор , разговаривают и тд. Я часто просыпалась среди ночи, когда люди уезжали на экскурсии и хлопали дверью . Третье - очень скудный завтрак! Буквально две булки на человека, немного масла, сыр и колбаса, джем и на маленьком блюдце подают скрембл , по напиткам чай, кофе и это весь завтрак . Также у меня возникла проблема с завтраками для экскурсий. Я просила приготовить их для меня , но никто этого не сделал. У меня было две экскурсии и получается за два завтрака я просто выбросила деньги на ветер. Четвертое - за 5 дней моего пребывания НИ РАЗУ не было уборки в номере, хотя я читала , что уборка ежедневная. На 4 день я спросила почему в моем номере не убирают и мне сказали, что я должна была отдать ключ от номера и тогда они бы убрались. Но мне конечно же о таких условиях никто не сказал :) Ну и последнее , женщина , которая готовит завтраки , как мне показалось, не взлюбила меня из-за того что я не говорю по испански. При этом я видела что она была милой с другими гостями. Я бы не советовала этот отель!

Очень приятный отель. Душевная атмосфера и вкусные завтраки
