This hotel are super clean and comfortable. Personally I like the hotel interior with full of Nepalese culture and design. The boss are very friendly and resourceful. He recommended tour guide to bring us around and artist for good artworks. Will surely come back for the next trips.

The location of Hotel Patan House is just a few minutes walk from many places in Patan, and within easy reach of all my cafés and restaurants on my traveling list. No matter whether I was off exploring the city by day or catching a quick drink, I could always be back at my room without any problems. All staff in Hotel Patan House are hospitable, especially Steve. During my stay, they made me feel cared for. Hotel Patan House delivered more outstanding value than I expected. As someone who loves diving deep into local culture yet still needs a quiet spot, I couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Patan. I definitely will choose Hotel Patan House as my first option for my next trip to Patan!

Die Lage ist sehr günstig, in zehn Minuten zu Fuß ist eines der größten Einkaufszentren in der Umgebung. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch ganz in der Nähe. Vor allem der Service ist super. Sobald Sie im Hotel ankommen, hilft Ihnen jemand, Ihr Gepäck nach oben zu bringen, sowie Begrüßungssaft und Obst. Es gibt zwei Restaurants im Hotel, und das Restaurant im Obergeschoss hat einen Blick auf die Landschaft, die sehr schön ist. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr komfortabel und sauber und sehr neu, das Badewasser im Bad ist sehr heiß. Das Beste ist, dass das Frühstück a la carte ist. Es gibt viele Arten. Es gibt eine komplette Speisekarte mit einer großen Auswahl an Getränken, von Kaffee über frisch gepresste Säfte bis hin zu frisch zubereiteten Pralinen, Muffins und Kuchen. Sowohl ein amerikanisches als auch ein lokales Frühstück sind erhältlich. Was besser ist, ist, dass dieses Hotel sehr neu ist, sehr gut im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Nepal. Der Manager des Hotels ist sehr begeistert und fragt jeden Tag, wie ist das Hotel? Wie ist das Frühstück? Das Hotel kann auch helfen, ein Taxi zu buchen, was sehr günstig ist. Rufen Sie ihn einfach an, wenn Sie von der Attraktion zurückkommen, oder buchen Sie ein Taxi. Wir blieben eine Woche, und der Flieger war um 8 Uhr abends, und er war sehr rücksichtsvoll, uns spät auschecken und um 17 Uhr zurück zu lassen. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich eine Empfehlung wert. Wenn Sie nach Kathmandu kommen, zögern Sie nicht, dieses zu buchen.

設施：房間有空調，前台搬行李進屋的時候就會順手幫你打開空調。設施基本很新很全，洗澡水又熱又大，基本是即開即熱 衞生：床品和房間裏面的衞生都非常乾淨 環境：很patan的樓，外觀和頂樓有明顯的藍底KGH指示牌，靠近一個小小的湖，離杜巴廣場就600米不到 服務：前台和其他工作人員都很熱情，有要求的都會很快響應 住了三晚根本不用考慮搬酒店，每天早餐的熱餐都會問有什麼要求然後給我現做，去哪兒感覺也都差不多的方便，每天出門和回來還能聊上兩句，去機場的時候前台還幫我叫車過來。總之很愉快的入住體驗

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Suite Homes Service Apartment. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful valley view that made the experience feel peaceful and refreshing.The highlight of my stay was enjoying a yummy breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the stunning scenery — such a perfect way to start the day! The food was fresh, tasty, and served with warm hospitality. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Even for just one night, it felt like a mini getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

Location is perfect, as it is located inside Patan Durbar - a heritage site of Kathmandu. It's also convenient, near a lot of restaurants from Western to Japanese and Korean, a cafeteria, and more. There's a square where you can enjoy local street food, bobatea, and fast food at very cheap price. Staff are friendly and supportive. They’re a family with 2 sons and their father. If you want to go out after 10pm, you have to tell them so they can wait and open the door for you cause they’ll lock the door at 10pm. For me, it's a lot safer. I booked only 1 week at first for testing, but everything is ok for me so I extended it.

A Perfect Home Away From Home! We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Mandevilla Home in Lalitpur and cannot recommend it enough! The Location: Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet residential area, yet incredibly convenient. Shops and great restaurants are just a short, easy walk away. The Apartment: Exceptionally spacious! It was wonderful having a separate bedroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The Hospitality: The owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even delivering a delicious breakfast straight to our apartment. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Kathmandu!

It is a lovely resort, and the scenery is nice. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I expected it to be. I arrived at 3 AM on my first night; luckily, there was a staff to help us check-in. However, when we went inside our room, we had no hot water for the shower, and the toilet smelled really bad. It must have been an ongoing issue, as I see a scented diffuser inside the toilet. The following day, my other friends shared that they had very hot water in their rooms, and it was so hot that they had difficulties showering. To my surprise, the hot water issue was fixed in the afternoon, but the smelly toilet remained the same. We had to check out three nights earlier as the smell was unbearable. The spa has not opened, and the gym looks like it hasn't been touched for years. It's a great place if you don't expect to use the spa and the gym.
