GGastnutzerDas Resort war wunderschön. Es erinnerte uns sehr an Koh Sa Mui. Der Service war tadellos. Das Essen war fantastisch. Der Pool in der Villa war sehr sauber, aber vielleicht könnte man die Anzahl der Chlortabletten etwas reduzieren.

NNritaRindianiI had a really great stay at Imperium Kuantan. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Sea view from the balcony was amazing. The facilities and swimming pool were perfect for relaxing.
The room also came with Netflix, which was a nice bonus for chilling at night. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the owner was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything went well throughout the stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I would definitely come again!

LLaurence 1Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, um Kuantan und insbesondere die nur 200 Meter entfernte Streetart zu erkunden. An den Wochenenden findet ein kleiner Nachtmarkt statt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem der Frühstückskoch. Da das Buffet eher auf malaysische Gäste ausgerichtet schien, bot er uns Eier an, wahlweise gebraten oder als Omelett. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Der Blick auf den Fluss ist ein zusätzliches Plus.

GGuest UserWunderbare Lage. Neben Starbucks, 7E, KFC und Mc D. Im Grunde neben Teluk Cempedak. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind fantastisch. Sie sind freundlich und nett. Immer am Lächeln und bereit zu helfen. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Ich liebe die Aussicht, während ich langsam und angenehm esse. Sie haben zwei Pools, aber sie sind nicht sehr gepflegt. Es gibt keinen Rettungsschwimmer, also müssen Eltern wegen der Tiefe der Pools vorsichtig sein. Der Strand ist nicht privat, aber trotzdem sauber. Insgesamt werde ich wiederkommen. Wirklich ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Ich möchte nur ein paar Feedbacks teilen, die die Erfahrung für künftige Gäste verbessern könnten:
Als es letzte Nacht regnete, leckte die Decke im Innengartenbereich und das Wasser ließ sich auf den Strompunkt auf der Küchenwand drehen, was ziemlich gefährlich erschien.
Der Speiseschrank war ziemlich schmutzig, und der Schaufenster hatte eine Form, die sich ein wenig unhygienisch fühlte.
Wir fanden auch, dass es nicht genug Schnittstelle, vor allem Lippen, was es bei den Mahlzeiten etwas schwierig machte.
Ich hoffe, dass diese Rückmeldung hilfreich ist, denn wir glauben wirklich, dass Ihr Platz so viel Charme hat, und mit einigen kleinen Verbesserungen kann es sogar besser sein.

AAmyeeI went there for exam at UIA. There is a cockroach when I first enter the room. Told the front desk and they manage to change the room for me. But because it was a peak season, hence no more queen bed room, and hence they change to a twin room for me
Waite a while to check in despite I reach at 4pm. Housekeeping needed to remind for many times and they will only do it when they reach to your room. Study time affected a little. Towel was a little worn and dirty
Overall with the price I paid, it was an okay stay. Just don’t expect too much with such price range

Great location near Tower 188, with many coffee shops and a night market within walking distance. Laundry shop is right next door.
Breakfast was tasty but limited in variety. Room was clean and overall stay was decent, mainly because of the location. 👍

BBelong AnywhereI recently stayed here for a business trip with four colleagues. We booked five separate rooms, choosing this location based on its competitive pricing and convenient location. While the physical property itself is impressive, the management process left a lot to be desired.
The Good: Comfort & Space
Rooms: The rooms are genuinely clean, neat, and very spacious. For the price point, the value of the actual living space is excellent.
Parking: Finding parking was easy and secure, which was a major plus for our group as we had our own vehicles.
Location: Perfectly situated for getting around Kuantan efficiently.
The Bad: Maintenance & Missing Basics
The property feels slightly neglected in terms of upkeep. In my specific room:
The shower head holder was loose, making it difficult to use.
There were no floor mats provided, which is a basic necessity to avoid tracking water across the room after a shower.
The Ugly: Management & Customer Service
This is where the experience fell short. The administrative side of this stay was disorganized and stressful:
Automated Communication: Their chat system is powered by an AI that provides ”canned” answers. It failed to address any of our specific questions, making communication feel like a dead end.
Check-in Delays: We weren't sent the check-in passwords on time. We had to track down a separate person-in-charge just to get access to our rooms late in the day.
Pricing Inconsistencies: The documentation stated a RM50 deposit per room, but we were charged RM60. While the amount is small, the inconsistency feels unprofessional and creates a lack of trust.
Final Verdict: If you value space and price above all else, this is a solid choice. However, be prepared to fight for your check-in details and deal with a non-responsive service team. I hope management fixes their communication flow and updates their facilities soon.

GGastnutzerI almost fell into depression in this hotel room. It's extremely cramped, smoky, and downright uncomfortable. A piece of the bathroom soap holder fell off (photo attached).
The room had a tiny window, but it didn't open and was tightly curtained. It felt almost like being in a coffin.
The pillows smelled like dog urine. Sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. As a result, there was practically no outside air flow, forcing you to turn on the air conditioning at night, and you wake up in the morning feeling sleep-deprived and with a headache.
Furthermore, the hotel asks for an additional RM10+2 upon check-in, citing government taxes.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; it was one of the worst experiences I've had in this country, and in my travels in general.
The only positives are decent WiFi and hot water with good pressure.
