I had a very pleasant stay at Prana Hotel in Hyunpoong. The hotel is very new, and you can immediately feel the modern and well-thought-out design throughout the entire property. Everything is clean, fresh, and maintained to a high standard. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff - very fluent in English! The reception team in particular was extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional, making check-in and the overall stay very smooth and comfortable. The hotel also offers very convenient parking, which is a big plus if you are traveling by car. In addition, the fitness center is well-equipped and perfect for maintaining your routine while staying there. A nice extra is the small bar, which provides a relaxed atmosphere in the evening. You can enjoy a selection of drinks like beer and gin & tonic, along with some snacks — a simple but very appreciated touch. Overall, Prana Hotel is an excellent choice in Hyunpoong if you are looking for a modern, comfortable stay with great service. I booked already another stay next week.

Dies ist das beste Hotel für einen Urlaub in Daegu. Die Lage, die Einrichtungen und der Service sind alle ausgezeichnet.

Das Zimmer ist mittelgroß und sauber und verfügt über Fußbodenheizung. Das Frühstücksmenü ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und die Rezeption ist freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig im Trubel; es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe der Geschäftsstraße, die sich sehr gut für Geschäftsreisen oder kostenlose Einkäufe eignet. Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen dauert etwa 20 Minuten (10.000 Won). Wenn ich dann nach Daegu fahre, ist dies immer noch meine erste Wahl.

Das Zimmer war unglaublich geräumig und sauber und im Boutique-Stil eingerichtet. Es verfügte außerdem über einen Wäschetrockner und Netflix – eine tolle Möglichkeit, nach einer langen Reise schnell Kleidung zu waschen und im Bett fernzusehen. Es war unglaublich praktisch, und ich würde definitiv empfehlen, wieder hier zu übernachten. Das Hotel ist 8–10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn- und KTX-Station Dongdaegu entfernt und somit sowohl für den Fern- als auch den Nahverkehr gut erreichbar. Das Hotel bietet außerdem Self-Check-in, kostenlose Parkplätze und WLAN und ist daher ideal für Individualreisende. Beim Check-in wird nur eine Zimmerkarte ausgehändigt, was für Gäste, die alleine reisen, um Strom zu bekommen, unpraktisch sein kann. Wir empfehlen, beim Check-in eine Ersatzkarte oder eine zusätzliche Stromkarte anzufordern. Ich bin einmal auf eine Unstimmigkeit gestoßen: Das Zimmer, das ich auf der Plattform als „Saunaraum“ gebucht hatte, wurde auf der Hotelwebsite als „E-Sportraum“ angezeigt. Der Kundenservice von Trip.com hat das Problem behoben und noch am selben Tag eine Entschädigung geleistet, was beruhigend war.

空港からタクシーで15分ほどの東大邱駅のKTX側から徒歩10分弱です！ 高架下にあり周辺のホテルや外観、フロント、内観、アメニティからして恐らくあっちのホテルですね笑 近くにコンビニもあり助かりました！ 清潔で風呂も大きく快適でした！ 受付の方も一生懸命コミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれて たすかりました！ 2階がフロントでお水のペットボトルも自由に取れるシステム、 鍵が不安定で開かなくなり少し焦りましたが しばらく頑張れば開きました！ デリバリーも部屋まで頼むことができ満足でした⭐︎

Es war ein wirklich tolles Hotel. In der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der U-Bahn-Stationen. Es war auch komfortabel und sauber.

I gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean. Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her. Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel! I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future! If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.
