EErica tayStayed here during my trip and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the location is excellent with easy access to Minatomirai attractions. The view from the hotel is also very nice, especially at night 🌃
The staff were polite and service was smooth throughout the stay. Facilities are well maintained and the room was comfortable.
However, one thing to note is that the hotel is quite strict with check-out timing. I requested for a late check-out (even just 1 hour), but it was not allowed. So do plan your timing properly to avoid rushing.
Overall, still a great hotel and I would recommend it for its cleanliness, location, and comfort 👍

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist wunderschön und verfügt über hervorragendes Personal. Wir haben 9 Tage geblieben. Das Zimmer war ziemlich geräumig und ruhig, und es gibt eine gemütliche Lounge. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem gelegen: ein direkter Bus zum Flughafen Haneda hält in der Nähe, der Eingang der U-Bahn ist direkt neben der Tür, und die Karte schauen, das Gebiet nach links Merkmale westliche und japanische Einrichtungen, nach rechts ist Chinatown, Und oben ist der Wasserfront und der Hafen mit Wanderwege. Es dauert etwa eine Stunde, bis ich die Station von Tokyo über den U-Bahnhof erreichen kann. Dies ist wahrscheinlich der beste Ort, den ich bisher im größeren Gebiet von Tokyo gehabt habe, obwohl es technisch ein Vorort ist.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.
What truly made this hotel stand out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and professional.
If you’re looking for comfort, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

PPawelTkrkDas Hotel war in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, in der Nähe von allem, was wir brauchten. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und sehr angenehm zu bleiben. Der Service war wirklich ausgezeichnet, und alles war perfekt organisiert. Es war eine große Freude, Zeit in einem solchen Hotel zu verbringen, und ich würde in Zukunft gerne zurückkehren

GGastnutzerStayed with friends over the weekend for a concert. They let us leave our bags as checkin would clash with our concert time. The location is right next to the station so thats good, and it's in a mall/connected to a mall as well.
They also have the charger rental at the hotel lobby so it is very convenient

LLaosu2020I am a solo female traveler, and I really like this place first of all. It’s very close to the station. Staff can speak English and the hotel facility is really good. The bed and a cup soon is nice and they have separate bathroom and the living space is also nice to work and around that have two convenience store and one good rhyming basically if I have a chance to talk to your Oklahoma, I will go to stay in this hotel again.

TthesoleconceptZuerst in Japan, also habe ich dieses Hotel auf der Grundlage von Lage und Preis gewählt, mit meinem Wunsch nach höheren Stockzimmern für einen Blick. Ich blieb in der Nähe der Station Shinagawa, und auch in Osaka, alle mit dem gleichen Budget pro Nacht. Dieses Hotel war das beste der 3, sehr schöne Einrichtungen und Einrichtungen (7/11 im Lobby!!), mit einem geräumigen Zimmer. Ich würde wahrscheinlich nächstes Mal das Frühstück zum Buffet übergeben, aber das ist nur ich, es gab eine große Auswahl für alle. Ich würde hier sicher noch einmal bleiben, wenn ich in diesem Bereich bin.
