Die Hotellobby ist riesig und der Zugang zum Queen's Plaza ist bequem. Das Zimmer ist schön und ordentlich. Exzellenter Service! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es ist ein preiswertes Hotel.

Die Zimmerausstattung und die Umgebung waren schön, aber aus Sicherheitsgründen konnten die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, wodurch das Zimmer etwas stickig war.

If you’re looking for a hotel near K-Arena, this one is absolutely worth considering. The location is excellent, situated in a business district with plenty of restaurants available during the daytime. There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient, although it closes at 11:00 PM. After around 9:00 PM, it can be a bit difficult to find late-night food nearby. However, the vending machines offer options like takoyaki and pork teriyaki rice, which are helpful for a quick late-night meal. The room is spacious enough for two people and offers a great view. The bathroom is large and separated from the toilet, which makes it more comfortable to use. Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to pick up, and they provide everything you might need—cleansing oil, face wash, cotton buds, conditioner, shaving cream, shaving kits, and more. Pajamas are also provided in the room, and they are very comfortable. One of the highlights is the onsen located on the lobby floor, open until 1:00 AM. It’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings or events. There is also a laundry area with washing and drying machines at a very affordable price. However, the dryer may not fully dry clothes even after 90 minutes, so keep that in mind. The lobby area is suitable for working late into the night. Wi-Fi is strong, and complimentary coffee and hot tea are available 24/7. The TV is excellent—Sharp 4K with good sound quality—perfect for watching your own Netflix content. Overall, a great stay, especially for business travelers or anyone attending events at K-Arena.

Staff war nett und hilfsbereit. Super Lage und Saubere Unterkunft, die Betten werden täglich frisch bezogen und man bekommt täglich neue Handtücher.

It's decent overall, about 10 min walk from the station, you can enter via Prince pepe which is a small shopping mall in of itself with a supermarket. Room size is pretty reasonable (16m²)

Near convenience stores and supermarket. Also inside Chinatown where different food are offered. Walking distance from Motomachi Chukagai Station.
