The hotel is centrally located and is near a long shopping stretch. In the area there are a lot of good food places. The public bath is great and convenient to use, and the room is spacious enough for me to relax. Travelling from the train station to the hotel with luggage is just tedious.

Jeden Tag Ramen, Yogurt und Eis. Die Lage ist nicht perfekt, fußläufig 10 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof. Leider keine Badewanne im Zimmer, aber dafür Onsen und extrem gute Shampoo und Duschgel.

Sehr gutes  Frühstück. Tolles Personal. Beste Lage.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe des Geschäftsviertels, Chinatowns und der Eye Bridge. Der umliegende City Walk ist angenehm. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich ein Lebensmittelladen, und unten im Erdgeschoss herrscht abends reges Treiben in vielen kleinen Restaurants. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich gleich rechts. Die Toilettenartikel sind sehr umfangreich: Zahnpasta, Zahnbürste, Einweg-Ohrstöpsel und Kopfhörer für den Kapselfernseher sind an der Rezeption erhältlich. Gäste, die mehr als eine Nacht bleiben, erhalten täglich neue Badetücher an der Rezeption. Es gibt auch einen Badebereich. Das Damenbad bietet Shampoo, Duschgel, Spülung, Make-up-Entferner, Gesichtsreiniger, Gesichtswasser, Lotion, Haartrockner und Lockenstäbe. Der Nachteil ist ein häufiges Problem bei Kapseln: die schlechte Schalldämmung. Die Dame neben Ihnen, die den Türvorhang zuzieht, kann ziemlich laut sein, wenn sie etwas unhöflich ist.

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern dort. Der Service ist sehr nett, die Location fast central am Bahnhof. Beim Frühstück sind leider keine Telefone erlaubt. Das Parkhaus ist direkt unter dem Hotel, was für die Gegend besonders ist. Wir können es empfehlen.

Tolles, preiswertes Hotel, sauber und ordentlich. Der Selbstbedienungsbereich war auch schön, das Personal war auch freundlich! Das WLAN war schnell und es gibt ein Café und einen kleinen Laden 1-2 Gehminuten entfernt. Der einzige Nachteil sind die Treppen. Für uns war das in Ordnung, obwohl wir im 5. Stock waren, aber wer körperlich weniger fit ist, könnte Schwierigkeiten haben, großes Gepäck nach oben zu tragen.

I was quite disappointed with this booking made via Trip.com. I specifically booked a Deluxe Japanese Western style room with an outdoor hot bath, as the outdoor hot bath was a key reason for choosing this room. Upon check-in, I discovered that there was no outdoor hot bath, and I was informed that the room I had booked was not available. Initially, I was told that I had booked a room that did not include a hot tub. However, after checking my booking details, it was clear that the room I reserved was indeed supposed to come with an outdoor hot bath. To their credit, the hotel staff did try to assist by finding a last-minute alternative room that still had a bathtub that comes with a view. However, this replacement room had a much more limited view compared to the original room we had chosen, and it was not equivalent to what was advertised and booked. Additionally, the window in the room was quite flimsy and dirty, and with the temperature being rather cold, this further affected the comfort of the stay. Because we had a very limited itinerary, a significant amount of time was spent resolving this issue and arranging a replacement room. As a result, some of our planned activities had to be cancelled, which further impacted the overall experience. Overall, this was a rather disappointing experienc eespecially because this was the first time I had booked this type of room as a surprise for my girlfriend, who was really looking forward to the outdoor hot bath. Unfortunately, the key feature that made this booking special was missing, which significantly affected the stay. I hope that Trip.com can take note of this issue and ensure that rooms are marked as unavailable once fully booked, to prevent similar situations from happening to other guests.
