The front desk staff Jawad is very helpful and give good guidance on how to walk around Petra . He is very friendly and caring too! He help me to call the bus to go to wadi rum in early morning and wake up early to make sure the bus do come and pick me up. The hotel room is nice, I don’t have any comment on that, but just one thing. During my visit it was Muslim holiday and all night and early morning also have loud prayer sound from the nearby mosques….. can’t really sleep for the whole night …. Yet this is not the hotel problem . The breakfast is wonderful. Have lot of option and delicious too ! In all, I am happy for my stay . Thank you

Gute Lage (nahe Besucherzentrum, aber auf dem Hügel, Klima benötigen Sie Der Service ist nicht sehr gut: Es war das erste Mal, dass ich an der Rezeption keine Informationen über Frühstückszeit, Spa-Service, Schwimmbad etc. bekam. Der wärmete Frühling war am Nachmittag halb voll. Das Bad war so klein Das Frühstück war ok. Opportunität für die späte Auscheckung

Das Hotel sieht sehr schön aus. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich! Das Hotel liegt in einer leicht bergauf gelegenen Ecke, so dass Sie auch dann, wenn Sie im Außenrestaurant übernachtet haben, einen sehr schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Gebiete von Petra genießen können. In Bezug auf die Lage sind es nur 5 Autominuten bis zum Stadteingang von Petra. Und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für dieses Hotel sehr hoch. Ich kann es anderen Reisenden wärmstens empfehlen!

The location of the hotel is very good. It’s just a few mins walk to the entrance of Petra. You may find the stores and restaurants nearby. The chef is so friendly. He prepared breakfast to us when we came down every morning. The breakfast has little difference every day and the chef was so nice to introduced the food to us.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und sehr modern. Die Zimmer sind groß und ruhig. Der Empfangsservice war super, freundlich und großzügig. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten!

예약내역 확인하는데 문제가 있었는데도 사장님이 친절하게 맞이해주시고 해결해주셨어요 호텔 직원분이 식당도 추천해줬는데 직원뷴둘 다들 친절하시고 숙소도 페트라까지 걸어서 2-30분이면 가서 저렴한 가격치고 숙고가 좋았습니다~! 이불이 넘 포근 해서 꿀잠잤고 조식뷰가 진짜 미쳤어요!!

Ursprünglich hatte ich dieses Hotel gebucht, aber das Hotel hat mir ein Upgrade zu einem anderen Mövenpick vor Petra gemacht, was sehr praktisch war! ! ! !

Das Hotel von Mariott ist eher ein Boutique Hotel! Als Beispiel das inkludiert Abendessen ist vorgegeben obwohl ein Abendbuffet möglich wäre!

The hotel is very clean and nice view of petra with very friendly owner. The local kitchen is also very nice food, we order lamb mansaf which was perfect!
