HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Beste Lage außerhalb des Zentrums von Rom, aber nur 5 Minuten vom Vatikan entfernt. Gutes Personal und wirklich gutes Frühstück. Super Pool.

Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht 

Schönes Hotel, sauber und freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist gut, 15 Minuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bus- und Bahnhof entfernt. Obwohl es vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen aussieht, würde ich jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Eine angenehme Überraschung in der Nähe des Trevi-Brunnens. Ein wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis, insbesondere dank der Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Besitzers, der alles dafür tat, unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten! Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt in der Grand Master Suite! Die Buchung war spontan, aber es war einer unserer besten Aufenthalte überhaupt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – mitten auf der Via del Corso, sodass alles bequem zu erreichen ist. Auch die Sicherheit war hervorragend. Das Haupttor ist nur mit einer Zimmerkarte zugänglich, und es gibt eine zusätzliche Tür vor dem Zimmer, die ebenfalls nur mit Karte geöffnet werden kann. Dadurch fühlten wir uns sehr sicher und wohl. Der Service war wunderbar. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und beantworteten gerne alle unsere Fragen. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns bestens betreut. Und das Zimmer – einfach erstklassig! Es war geräumig genug für uns vier, wunderschön gestaltet und blitzsauber. Jedes Detail war durchdacht. Die Terrasse war wirklich unvergesslich – ich konnte links das Viktor-Emanuel-II.-Denkmal und rechts die Piazza del Popolo sehen. Mit diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen, war einfach magisch. Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten! 🌟

Ein riesiger Park zum Übernachten. Unsere Hütte war ordentlich und bot dank des zusätzlichen Einzelbetts viel Platz, was den Aufpreis wert war. Die Dusche und der Waschtisch waren schön groß. Die separate Toilette war sehr praktisch. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank, aber wir waren etwas verwirrt, dass es keinen Wasserkocher zum Kaffeekochen gab. Ich schätze, sie wollten, dass man ins Café geht. Es gibt einen riesigen Poolbereich, aber leider war dieser geschlossen, da es wohl Winter war. Ich würde einen Aufenthalt empfehlen, wenn man gerne etwas außerhalb der Stadt wohnt, aber es ist nur eine Busfahrt von fast direkt vor der Tür und ein halbes Dutzend U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt.

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però

Die Lage ist perfekt, so nah am Hauptbahnhof, dass ich morgens leicht den Zug zum Flughafen nehmen kann. Ziemlich altes Hotel, aber das Zimmer ist recht schön und sauber.
