Erstes mal in Indien, das Hotel war sehr gut für diese neue Erfahrung. Sauber ordentlich täglich 6 Flaschen Wasser kostenfrei auf dem Zimmer. Sehr gute Idee finden Wir den Würfel beim Frühstück. Dreht man ihn auf Rot bleibt der Tisch besetzt wird nicht abgeräumt und man kann zu zweit ans Buffet und wenn man mit dem Frühstück fertig ist dreht man den ”Würfel” auf grün und der Tisch wird beräumt und gesäubert. Zwei Speisesäle wo von der eine sehr laut ist der andere groß und leise. Je nach Wahl. Nervig sind die Sicherheitskontrollen. Wundert Euch nicht, der Taxifahrer räumt alles Gepäck auf den Beifahrersitz denn bei der Einfahrt isn Hotel muss der Kofferraum leer sein. Alles Gepäck wird durchleuchtet. Abtasten erfolgt vor jedem betreten des Hotels. Sehr nervig aber dient ja der Sicherheit. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß im indischen Leben. Pool außen und geheizt. 2 Tage Regen hatten wir, da durfte der Pool wegen Gewitter nicht genutzt werden. Wir haben viel Schlimmes gehört aber waren von allem positiv überrascht-auch vom Hotel, wir würden es wieder buchen.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, die Umgebung sauber und ordentlich, und die Frühstücksauswahl ist reichhaltig. Absolut empfehlenswert. Hervorragende Lage; in Flughafennähe und gut erreichbar von nahegelegenen Kaufhäusern. Angemessene Preise und exzellenter Service.

There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. I'm sure this hotel was beautiful back in its heyday, but clearly has not been renovated in decades. I would NOT stay here again. Top complaint: WiFi did not work the 3 days/nights that I stayed at the hotel and the staff was completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. This is *unacceptable* for business travelers and was a huge inconvenience. Medium complaint: The gym is far too small for a hotel with hundreds of guests. There was also only one yoga mat which had to be shared amongst many sweaty exercisers. Minor complaints: The rooms smell strange, the room decor is quite old-fashioned, and the bars of soap are very poor quality (and fluorescent green). Positives: The outdoor garden is lovely and the freshly made masala dosas at breakfast were tasty.
