Everything about this property is amazing
Food is good
Service is top notch
Location is excellent
The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

Liebe jeder Minute des Aufenthaltes, von der schaumlosen Check-in bis zum ödmjuken und extrem gründlichen Personal.
Ich bin froh, dass ich Fatehgarh über die anderen 5 Sterne in Udaipur gewählt habe, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern.
Die 360 atemberaubende Aussicht, der Mondaufgang und der Sonnenaufgang/Sonnenuntergang.
Es gibt 2 Schwimmbads im Gebäude, sowohl unendliche Sicht als auch extrem sauber. Die Zimmergröße ist größer als ich erwartet hatte.
Cherry auf dem Kuchen, die nachhaltigen Praktiken am Eigentum von der Solarkraft bis zum Recycling von Wasser, Null Kunststoff-Nutzen.
Die Vintage-Autosammlung ist exquisit, und die Vintage-Autofahrt ist eine Muss zu versuchen Erfahrung mit Mohan Singh.
Besondere Erwähnung für Akshay und Bharath, um unseren Aufenthalt zu beunruhigen und zu erinnern.
Das Essen mit Blick auf die Stadt Udaipur und Kerzenlichte ist überraschend.
Kudos an das Fateh Collection Team, um so viel Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in jeder Ecke und in jeder Aspect des Resorts zu legen. Ich empfehle das sehr an alle, die sich für eine entspannende und rejuvenierende Urlaubserfahrung suchen.

GGastnutzerWe chose Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur specifically to celebrate our anniversary, but the experience turned out to be disappointing.
Before arrival, we had written via email requesting a complimentary upgrade (only if possible) and shared that it was our anniversary. The hotel assured us that they would do their best, mentioning that they would decorate the room and arrange a cake. However, upon arrival, there was nothing prepared. Later in the evening, a staff member came and asked when we would be going out so that they could decorate the room. We adjusted our plans and gave them time, hoping it would make the occasion special for my wife and child. Unfortunately, even after that, no proper arrangement was done and there was no cake as promised in the email.
The location is quite far from the main city, making it less convenient. The property also did not feel very photogenic as expected.
Food quality was average with limited variety. During breakfast, the restaurant staff was largely inattentive — no one checked on us or asked if our child needed anything. The only exception was Mr. Gulshan and one female staff member who were helpful during dinner.
Before this, we stayed for three days at Trident Udaipur, where the service and food quality were excellent, which made this experience feel even more disappointing in comparison.
Overall, we chose Taj to make our anniversary special, but it did not meet expectations associated with the Taj brand.

SShivGIch hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Udaipur Marriott Hotel. Die Gastfreundschaft und der Service des Personals waren wirklich ausgezeichnet – immer aufmerksam und willkommen. Das Essen war großartig mit einer breiten Palette von leckeren Optionen. Die Zimmer waren schön gestaltet, geräumig und mit allen modernen Einrichtungen ausgestattet, so dass der Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel ist. Ich liebe auch die kulturellen Aktivitäten, die von dem Hotel organisiert wurden, die einen erfreulichen Touch der Rajasthani Tradition gegeben. Insgesamt wird eine hervorragende Erfahrung – hoch empfohlen für jeden, der Udaipur besucht!

GGastnutzerWe really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained.
The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options.
The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

It is not directly on the lake shore, but is separated by a road and a piece of someone's property under construction that spoils the view, especially when the wind blows stronger and lifts the black tarpaulin.
The interior of the hotel is tastefully decorated, in beautiful pastel, calming colors and has that Rajasthani, traditional vibe.
My room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean, with complimentary shower accessories and dental kits and also has a window, so you can enjoy the view while taking a shower. There is generally no noise from the road and you can sleep peacefully, as long as your neighbors in the rooms next to and above your room are mindful of the house rules.
I would especially like to express my gratitude to Mayan who allowed me to check in very early, as soon as I arrived around 8am, without insisting that I wait for the usual check-in time, and who provided me with as many bottles of water as I requested, free of charge.
The view from the restaurant's roof terrace is beautiful at dusk and at night.
If the walls were painted seasonally and the rooms freshened up, it would contribute even more to the overall experience, but even this way you get excellent value for money.

SSandraWhen we first arrived our booked room was unavailable so they put us in a deluxe room with a living area and balcony.... But the festival was so loud. It was good for photos but not for sleeping. Unfortunately the room had a strong smoking smell so the next day we switched to the room booked the double room for family. Honestly we liked 408 much better than fancy room.... It was one flight from the restaurant. We didn't like the set breakfast that comes with room but the restaurant upstairs has a super good american breakfast with imported USA bacon. Best breakfast we've had in india in 3 weeks. Worth the extra money. Also get 15 percent off if staying at the hotel. The service was fantastic
The only negative is cannot take taxi directly to hotel but you can take a tuk tuk or call hotel they will send boys to carry luggage up for you. Other than that location is perfect.

GGastnutzerA mixed review. Staff were very helpful in arranging flowers for my wife and the location is perfect, right on the lake with a lovely view of the ghat and sunrise. But this also means that things can get noisy at night, especially during a festival.
The room was tired and smelt. Shower wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay but staff tried to insist on guests eating breakfast inside which was very strange given that there was an outside dining area with a beautiful (world class) view of sunrise.
The hotel restaurant was overpriced, chaotic and very loud. Priority on tables was given to groups who didn't order food or drinks, took insta pictures and then left. At the same time, several families were turned away. Tried to order a diet coke, was told that we couldn't have one despite them being in the fridge. Kingfisher was 600 a bottle which is a 240% mark up from the wine shops.
Overall, great location let down by some tired rooms and poor service.

AAkB9Ausgezeichnete Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Ein wenig grob und lang in, lauten Korridore mit Menschen schreien über die Hallen und Balkone sogar spät in der Nacht. Neben dem oben hatten wir einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Personal und Teams, großes Haushalten, superb Frühstück. Wir werden sicher empfehlen und wieder besuchen.
