DDeepakI had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip.

민민현석Das Personal ist freundlich und das Hotel ist gut. Es gibt einige Teile, die etwas übertrieben sind^^ Es ist nur so, dass ich nicht viel über Essen weiß. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Indien reise, werde ich wieder hier übernachten Ich muss noch einmal darüber nachdenken.

GGastnutzerI reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.

Sspring-AiSehr zufrieden mit einem Aufenthalt. Die Servicepersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch, es gibt viele Arten von Frühstück, und es kann auch echte indische Gerichte erleben. Ich weiß, dass ich mehr Wasser benutzt habe, der Servicepersonal gibt täglich genug Wasser, um zu füllen, sicher sauber, empfehlenswert!

MMarti_13I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time).
Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option!
The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

ZZahra J KWir lebten im Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala für 3 Nächte und ich möchte einen Moment nehmen, um das gesamte Personal wirklich zu schätzen. Sie waren alle sehr respektvoll, ödmjuk und verantwortlich.
Herr Shiva war bei der Eincheckung sehr willkommen und sehr bequem.
Baba Rao im Restaurant war immer in den Frühstücksstunden und wenn wir ihn den ganzen Tag sahen.
Rahul und Sritham waren sehr freundlich und sehr freundlich und bedienten uns immer mit höchster Wärme.
Die Hausmeisterinnen hatten immer ein Lächeln auf ihrem Gesicht und waren schnell verfügbar.
Das Eigentum ist klein (die wir ehrlich geliebt haben) und super schüchtern sauber und gut gepflegt.
Angesichts der aktuellen Situation in unserem Land war das größte, was ich im Personal gesehen habe, wie sie jedem Gast trotz ihrer Kultur, Sprache oder Kleidung gleich behandelt und respektiert haben. Ich bin sehr froh, dass wir diesen Ort ein paar Tage verbringen. Ich werde sicher wieder zurückgehen, wenn sie diese guten Standards beibehalten.
