Sehr freundliches Personal, anständiges Buffet auf dem Angebot, gute Lage, wenn Sie nach Frieden und Ruhe suchen, und direkt neben einem guten Mall gelegen. Das Personal war unverzichtbar glücklich, willkommen und aufmerksam, schafft eine warme Atmosphäre ab dem Moment, an dem ich angekommen bin. Sie gingen konsequent aus dem Weg, um meinen Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden, ob sie hilfreiche lokale Empfehlungen anbieten oder kleine Anfragen mit Effizienz und Pflege behandeln. Ihre positive Energie und echte Begeisterung, um zu helfen, machte mich während meines Besuchs wertvoll und komfortabel. Ich würde glücklich zurückkehren. Wir blieben hier zweimal, um den Flughafen zu erreichen. Das erste Mal in einer Suite, die sehr groß war und für uns drei genug Raum hatte, machten sie für unseren Sohn ein Bett auf. Das Personal war willkommen und freundlich. Flughafenshuttle ist immer verfügbar. Die Betten waren wirklich komfortabel Das Essen war gut. Der Pool war groß und gut zu erfrisschen. Insgesamt ist sicher ein guter Ort zum Aufenthalt für den Flughafen Kochi. Nur negative, was nicht wirklich schlecht war, war das Zimmer vielleicht etwas sauberer, aber es war wirklich kein Problem.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber super Service und es reicht für einen Zwischenstopp, es ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 min erreichbar.

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded .. even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room .. i was thrown into a deep end corner room with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
