My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and seamless check-in, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every modern comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the views from the window were simply stunning. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and service. The staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable. Whether it was housekeeping, concierge, or restaurant staff, everyone delivered exceptional service. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the presentation was top-notch. The breakfast spread, in particular, was impressive. The amenities well-maintained and added to the luxurious experience. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and indulgence. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free, and truly memorable stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Die allgemeine Umgebung ist gut. Der Lobby-Manager ist sehr nett. Er half uns beim verspäteten Check-out, als wir ein Meeting brauchten. Der Service war sehr zufriedenstellend und aufmerksam und auch die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sehr schön.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Reisen mit einem Toddler ist keine einfache Aufgabe, und das Team von Taj Connemara machte es wertvoll, glatt und spannend. Es begann mit Frau Jasmine, die religiös alle unsere Anträge und Anforderungen für die Kindersicherung des Erbezimmers, das wir verblieben, erfüllte. Von zusätzlichen Mineralwasserflaschen, Bumpers auf Möbeln, weiche Spielzeug für Bad und eine ausgezeichnete Baby-Kott, Frau Jasmine koordinierte mit ihrem Bodenteam und hat alles vor der Eincheckung bereit. Das Eis auf dem Kuchen war das bemerkenswerte Willkommensgeschenk für unsere Tochter, bestehend aus ausgezeichneten Baby-Skin-Produkten aus einer etablierten Marke.  Der Aufenthalt selbst war fantastisch mit einem gemütlichen Zimmer, einer Fülle von Toiletten und einem außergewöhnlichen Frühstück. Schreien Sie an Herrn Baskaran, um alle unsere Frühstücksanfragen für unsere Tochter zu besuchen. Das Baby Dosa war ein Schlag!  Taj Connemara liegt in einem erstklassigen Ort in Chennai neben Spencer Plaza und dem neueren EA Mall. Reisen in die großen Einkaufszentren und traditionelle Kleidungsgeschäfte wurden einfach gemacht.  Schließlich war die Gastfreundschaft und die freundliche Betreuung der Mitarbeiter von Taj Connemara nichts weniger als erstaunlich. Sie machten uns eine kurze Reise nach Chennai zu einem erinnerelichen und wir freuen uns sehr bald wieder zu kommen!  Kudos für alle in Taj Connemara für die Gewährleistung meiner Familie und ich habe eine tolle Zeit im Hotel.  Sehen Sie,  Wäsche

Das ist nicht so großartig. Sie brauchen viel Verbesserung im Service und die Zimmer brauchen eine Renovierung, da die Wäscheschirme n Teppiche alt sehen. Es wird auch besser, wenn sie ein Zimmer frischer oder Kerzen mit Geruch verwenden, da das Zimmer keinen angenehmen Geruch hat. Insgesamt ist es nicht so groß für ein Premium-Hotel.

Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.

My stay began on a disappointing note. I arrived at the lobby on a Sunday afternoon and waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. Although I was clearly in line, a couple of other guests approached the desk and were assisted before me. I expected the concierge or front-desk staff to notice the situation and assist guests in the order they arrived, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Once I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. The room itself was acceptable. I generally do not have particularly high expectations regarding hotel-room ambience, as I find that it often does not vary significantly across hotels, regardless of their star rating. What I found especially unreasonable was the hotel’s pricing. Items available in the room, such as a Snickers bar priced at ₹155 and a packet of Lay’s priced at ₹55, ***** with peanuts and carbonated drinks, were listed at several times their normal retail prices. The markup was so excessive that it made me wonder whether the hotel actually wanted guests to consume these items or was simply trying to impose an unnecessary and inflated expense. The same applied to transportation. The hotel quoted ₹1,800 plus taxes for a sedan to the airport. I booked an Uber for the exact same journey for ₹699. Charging well over twice the market price—and then adding taxes on top of it—is frankly absurd. Hotel convenience may reasonably come at a premium, but this felt less like a premium service and more like an attempt to take advantage of guests. The complimentary breakfast, however, offered a wide variety of options and was probably the most redeeming part of the stay.

gute Dienstleistungen und Lage. ruhige Atmosphäre gutes Essen und eine Vielzahl von Frühstücken. Das einzige Problem war, dass bei der Online-Buchung es zeigt Rauchen erlaubt ist, wo es eine nichtrauchende Eigenschaft ist. Wenn es sich ändern, wird es für Raucher schwierig.
