GGastnutzerI booked a Family Suite through Trip.com, and the booking was processed via *******. I specifically selected and paid extra (around ₹6,000 / $85) for a package that included breakfast.
However, upon arrival at Ramee Guestline Hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not included in my booking. The hotel staff clarified that they received the reservation from ******* without breakfast, meaning the issue lies with ******* as the intermediary.
This is highly disappointing and unacceptable from Expedia’s side. Due to this miscommunication, I had to pay an additional ₹1,200 for breakfast at the hotel.
Ramee Guestline Hotel handled the situation professionally, but Expedia’s lack of accuracy and coordination caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra cost.
I strongly urge Trip.com and especially ******* to ensure that booking details are clearly and correctly communicated. Customers should not have to suffer or pay extra due to backend errors between platforms.
